The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, commonly referred to as the 1994 Crime Bill,[1] or the Clinton Crime Bill,[2] is an Act of Congress dealing with crime and law enforcement; it became law in 1994. It is the largest crime bill in the history of the United States and consisted of 356 pages that provided for 100,000 new police officers, $9.7 billion in funding for prisons.

What pisses me off the most is how a cop thinks that they can enforce arbitrary rules on private property. Walgreens parking lot is private property patrolled by security guards occasionally. I don't see a public employee like a cop enforcing private rules without being contacted by Walgreens. Yelling at a citizen to get their hands out of their pockets by a cop is synonymous with felonious assault when a cop has his hand on a loaded gun. When is it ever legal for a cop to break the law? Why does the district attorney fail to file charges against law-breaking cops?

Stop trying 5o be some take down team and do your job and write the ticket. This is why police unions should not be involved in the public side of affairs.
