The M23 question has been answered by President Thabo Mbeki. He said openly that the question should start with who are the M23. He said these are Congolese period. Then he said, ask the Congolese Government why they want to expel and bomb their own people. An answer to that will make the conflict a none issue. Let the Congolese Government deal with the problems raised by their own Citizenary in this case M23.

No one is denied to return to Rwanda. Kindly take the time and do some research. Those who wish to return, even those affiliated with FDLR, they return home, taken to a camp to be taught some basic skills, such as carpentry, masonry and so on. They are taught the values , the vision of the country. They are then sent back to the society to join the rest of the Rwandans. They are even given some basics such as clothes and other equipment.
So for those still in FDLR is their choice. The ideology that they don’t want a Rwanda with Tutsi present. Kindly do your research and don’t take my word for it.
