This is a beginner friendly clay tutorial! I'll walk you through the process, step by step.

@@UpAllNightDIY we had a fun 4th. Hope you did as well. Oh yeah it is so hot and humid here. I took the dogs out for their last walk and told my husband I had to cut the air so I could walk. Heat index was 86 at 11 pm. I am over this heat. Cannot wait for Fall! Enjoy your weekend! 😊🔥

I was wondering if you've ever done sunglasses?
Hiya, Tamara! I’ve made sunglasses from wood. Added sunglasses to some of my characters & I’ve used real glasses in some projects. Is that what you mean?

@@tamaracalkum5267 I did consider that 😎but I recently made a ghost with glasses & thought it might be redundant. We're on the same wavelength 😉
Just curious, but why do you not fill in the cracks?
Hiya, Patty! I do sometimes. If the cracking is in a place that it just doesn’t work, I’ll fill it in. Sometimes, even when I fill it in it cracks again.
This time I didn’t, because I ran out of clay & was too impatient to wait for more clay to arrive. I was surprised how much cracking there was on this piece! Usually, Model Magic doesn’t crack like that! I’m sure it was a result of all the water that I used.
I will definitely show how I do fill in the cracks in a future video 😉
