Also how Tony, after many failed efforts to raise Tony Jr, developed an unlikely relationship and certain respect for his daughter instead of son and even came clean to her about true nature of his business which he never did to Jr. Relationships in Sopranos feel so genuine, like real life that often throws you a curveball that you don't expect.
