      I tried it about 10 days ago, USD80-100 per day, niche is jewelry, tried catalogue (about 30 skus), and I was pretty amazed by the results, it exceeded my expectations HOWEVER AND UNFORTUNATELY ads died out. I made sure my descriptions, titles are pretty relevant, also worked on my creatives and catalog, we got many add to carts, and did not expect the shopping campaign to outperform the regular ones, however, and unfortunately, we had to keep duplicating on the campaign and ads level every time the ad stops delivering, usually signs are very low CTR and CPM. We tried carousel ads under the same campaign today, it's not bad looking at the number of add to cart and purchases in the last 24 hours, however, overall, profits are not consistent far, performance is better than traditional campaign, it also does the retargeting, I think AI is the future and FB is getting ready from lots of interests, interest targeting doesn't scale, what I find frustrating is the ads that die out and stop delivering after a few days. What are your thoughts @Dara? Thank you for the amazing video.

      @@deboltraja2212 it depends. Sometimes since day 1. tones of sales. It is now all about your offer and your creative. What you offer determines what you can get as result. The good old days of customer journey on your website is gone. Now it is brand/quality/price competition

    I tried it with $15 budget with 1 very basic and dummy creative and made more 50 sales in 3 weeks

    Yes we did 🎉 and it worked really well ( we are a skincare brand from Germany).
    But if you take a deep dive, the results are not the best vs. broad\Interest. Our learning is, that the CAC im went really high in the ASC, because the ASC went to the low hanging fruits first. So with the ASC you don’t get so much New customers. In my opinion because of that your retargeting Performt not so well.
    If you put your BP from UGC you will get better results (CAC and New customers)
    And at this point we will see, creative is everything 🎉😂.

    I love the way you put it. I saw a ton of people saying to try it and I was skeptical because the accounts I'm managing are below $50k, but they are doing very well. I didn't want to give all that up to test and I didn't think there was much budget to test an advantage plus with the current campaign. This video sheds a ton of light on the situation.     Can I ask you a question ? Have you changed your mind about CBO ? What has been working for you generally for cold prospecting campaigns lately , CBO or ABO ?

      ABO and CBO don't really affect results per say. They're just different ways of controlling your spend. If you want your campaign to be more adaptable for testing (adding new adsets, testing new audiences etc.) use ABO. If you're staying broad targeting with 1 adset and testing just creatives, use CBO

    Love your videos @Dara! Question for you - what's your best practice on managing advantage + vs open broad lines? Specifically regarding introducing new creative - my old rep told me to throw all of our ads into it and let the algo do it's thing but question is what to do when I have new creatives? With consolidation in mind is it good to launch a new campaign/ ad set with the new assets included, running in parallel until one beats the other (at the sacrifice of spreading out covnersion events over multipe ad sets) or just adding the new creaties to the existing set (but resetting back to learning phase)? For a broad line I'd typically introduce new ad sets with new creative and if they win I ramp up/ turn off other stuff but not really sure the bets approach here. Would love to hear your thoughts! Thank you!

    I have the option to use it but only gives me ability to use one ad creative... I'm not seeing how I can upload multiple ads. Where is that option?

    We migrated our existing campaigns to a A+ campaign and saw great results at first, but then our creatives became old and we're not quite sure where to test new ones, as A+ doesn't allow for adsets. We've seen declining ROAS for the past two months (even below break-even) . We tried adding new creatives to the existing mix, but they won't be shown to people, which kept the aging ones rotating even longer. Any ideas?

      Drop that product entirely for like 2 months or so, move on to something else possible with a different domain name, and revisit it after around 2 months with your best (winning) former creative, and you'll be amazed. This happened to me, I tried everything nothing worked and the ad kept losing money till I lost interest in it, I ditched it for like 2 months and restarted the ad after and results were fantastic just like old days again. This is just my little POC though based on personal experience.

    Hey Dara, what do you reckon about including DPAs in Advantage+ campaigns? DPA's seem to dominate the ad spend at an ad level and don't necessarily seem to have a high ROAS comparative to other ads.

    We've seen excellent results with Advantage+ -- even with spending anywhere from 6-20K/mo (depending on how ads are performing we are up and down for months).
    Question for you - are you testing different OFFERS in that campaign as well since it's ultimately retargeting and acquiring cold audiences? IE having multiple creatives with different landing pages and offers (Buy one get one Free, 50% off, and of course the full price offer). OR - are you creating multiple Advantage+ campaigns for each specific offer? Curious!

      We don't use advantage plus for testing like this! We only put winning creatives and offers into Advantage+.

      ​thanks for the feedback! Appreciated. Another quick follow up question - we have several offer (a mix of all of those mentioned) that have worked equally as well both on Cold and Retargeting.
      I suppose the question is more - have you tried putting multiple offers in ONE ASC campaign? If so, have you seen FB favor one offer over others - or spread the offers throughout since the assumption is that this campaign structure is in fact retargeting anyway?
      Alternatively - are you separating different offers (same product) into their own individual ASC campaigns?
      Just discovered your channel and great content. Been binging ;) Keep it up!!!!

      Generally ABO is better for testing, CBO for scaling. But ultimately it just depends where you want to optimise your account. If you use CBO then want to drop in a new adset to test, it's going to draw ad spend away for your initial adset, whereas if you've used ABO and you do this, you can easily add more adsets to a campaign. Really depends what you wanna do. Hope that helps

      ​@@DaraDenney I've worked on probably over 5k fb ad accounts over the past few years - has nothig to do with spend and all with your account standing, geo and luck. Looking at his name he's probably from what FB considers a T3 country. Meaning generally speaking they will roll out features pretty late for him.
      You can also just be unlucky. For example, we've got one EU agency BM (T1) in good standing, spending healthy 7 figures with no adv+ enabled and another one, non-agency, spending maybe 10-20k/mo. that gets adv+ even on every newly created account within the BM.
      Hope this helps :)
