Angela van den Bogerd began her evidence at the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry in central London on Thursday by saying she was “truly, truly sorry” for the “devastation” caused to wrongly convicted subpostmasters and their families.

Very much a Nuremberg answer. I didn't know why people would be sent to jail based on my decisions. A bad person came along and made do bad things.
They know it was all wrong but did nothing, still no empathy or shame…..They all look guilty…..Covering their own backs........Prison

Im no legal expert but what worries me about this enquiry and the (rightful in my opinion) comments is that would they get a "fair" trial if it went to Court ? That may scupper any legal action. They should face trial but not sure it would be fair in the eyes of the law. If I was a defence lawyer its one point of argument I would consider. I hope Im wrong.
