  • In the decade I spent overcoming mental health issues, there was one single thing that allowed me to achieve near total recovery. While there are many aspects to recovery, without this one thing it seriously impacts your ability to overcome these issues and is holding you back. In this video I reveal what this is.

    Anxiety and dp/dr makes me doubt my ability to go to university and have a career. I can’t even remember what I had for breakfast… Been like this for so long that it has become my identity. I’m self-aware of it though and handle it through taking action.
