Hi - thanks for the question it's a good one! No we don't attached catalogues as anything attached to an email can make it go into spam on the other side. We provide a link to Faire as it serves really well as a catalogue. We do have trade catalogues so if someone becomes more of a warm lead we can send those at a later date, we tend to do that when someone asks us for pricing :)
Also I'd note it's a good way to get people to engage with the emails by having a 'request a catalogue' call to action - make it really easy for them to do this.
Hm, something I'm missing is how are you getting the emails from your Faire customers that are acquired from the platform? As far as I can tell, Faire does not share their email with you?
Hey! No they don't share them directly with us, we either have direct contact with the customers because they email us about the order or vice versa in which case we would google to find their details (sometimes not always possible to find them but in most cases we can find their email)
Thank you for this great video. How do you get your faire contacts emails over to klavio? Can you export emails from faire? I thought that was not allowed?
You do have to go and manually find the emails. you're not allowed to solicit these customers to shop with you directly away from the platform. So you can speak to them as long as you are not taking the sales away from faire. We have a separate list of emails for all marketplace customers and we only ever market to them with faire links. So on Klayvio it just sits as a separate list and we will exclude them from any emails that are talking about offers elsewhere, but to be honest most of our customers we are pushing through faire as a channel anyway!
