I only know Steve via his channel, but as a 13A (spouse) visa holder- and having gone through similar processes both on our own and with professional help (depending upon what the step was) the offer being presented is an amazingly helpful and useful one. And no, this is not a paid endorsement, just recognition of expats (and Filipinos) helping expats. 😊

I was planning to get an SRRV but I am not a veteran. They want be to deposit 10k in a bank that I basically lose because I can't touch it while I'm alive. I just spent 90k on property and I'm building a home on that land as we speak, according to the PRA, none of that counts towards my SRRV. The land is in my wife's name, and its easily provable that I have paid for all of this. I'm going to get a 13a Visa instead. I thought for sure that my land investment and along with about 11mil of construction costs would qualify so that I can use that 10k deposit to help pay my huge investment in the Philippine economy. I'm employing a lot of people right now. I refuse to hold my money hostage for the rest of my life.

Do enjoy joy, happiness and love with two svelte, fit , vetted ages 33 & 40 girlfriends exploring adventures in Colombia. Temperatures 60 to 85 Fahrenheit all 12 months . More modern infrastructure than the Philippines. Electrical power off one hour during the past 3 years. As yet, I haven’t found dental cleaning as good as Green Apple dental in Ayala and Lapu Lapu.

I have the SRRV Courtesy Visa and am very satisfied. When leaving the Philippines one needs to obtsin a Travel Pass. In November 2021 I used the PRA online system to receive it through an attachment on an email sent by the PRA. This week I requested a Travel Pass through the PRA online system. The system stated to check my email. After 2 days I had no email. I went back to the PRA online system. If one brings up their latest Travel Pass request and scrolls over to the extreme right hand side there is a download button to obtain the Travel Pass. Apparently the online system changed but the insructions were not updated to reflect the change.

First, I want to get my mom's Human Touch SRRV. I want to put her in a Nursing home in the Philippines. The lady at the Nursing home said they don't help with the SRRV, so I will likely need some help. I have been trying to get my mom's FBI rap sheet and it's been a nightmare. Her fingerprints have been rejected twice. After looking with a magnifier at both rejected sets of prints done at the local courthouse, I realized why they were rejected. They were HORRIBLE. I was lucky enough to get the FBI's Customer Service phone number and call and talk to a PERSON. She told me to do my mom's fingerprints myself! I Printed off the forms and did her prints today. It wasn't easy, considering my mom has dementia, but I got it done. The Agent told me to take four or five sets of prints and send them all. She also said that this time, the FBI would send her rap sheet. She said they can't reject you a third time. (the FBI website says TWICE, but not so!). If I had talked to this FBI Customer service agent to begin with, I think I could have gotten my mom's rap sheet on the first try by doing the prints myself and including several different cards of prints! The lady at the FBI also told me to put HOT SAUCE on my mom's fingers 5 minutes before doing her prints to make her prints swell up and be more pronounced.
For my mom's medical requirements (exam and tests), I decided to wait and do that in the Philippines due to having to wait so long here in the states to get an appointment and also the costs should be much less in the Philippines. I was planning to do the Apostille process prior to going to the Philippines, but after seeing this video, I think I will contact Mary Rose first and ask what she recommends.
You are doing a awesome service to everyone Steve. Thank You!! Dealing with my mom's dementia is hard enough as it is. Dealing with her SRRV Visa application just adds more stress on top of that. For those wondering about Nursing homes in the Philippines, I was quoted $1200 per month for my mom if she gets the SRRV Visa AND she will qualify for insurance in the Philippines! Here in the states, it would cost around $9000 per month!!!! Let that sink in!

Sticking with my 13a spouse visa. Cheaper than Ssrv, and it does not tie up my money, as we have already heavily invested our money into our house.

@@MrSteven5975 i have a legally binding prenuptial agreement. In case of dissolution of marriage, we both move out of house, which is then put on market. I get my investment of $108k back, she gets anything above due to appreciation. If I decide to stay in PI after that, then I will get an SSRV.

So is the SSRV only done in Manilla?? We are relocating to Cebu? I was in the Army and have my DD214 it states on the SRRV website that I have to be an Officer I was enlisted will I still be eligible?
    Thanks

Had an debate with expat . He said all expat here in The Philippines , should give
30-50% of our monthly incone to poor Filipinos. Specific beside what we give to our Filipino families.
I said what, what about saving?
He even said the goverment here ,should make it as a law to stay here.
What to know your opinion about this.
    Thank you!
