I really think the Separatists need more ships. The Bulwark classes would make for great models, alongside the Sabaoth Destroyer and Munifex. The CIS has so many designs for so many roles, I hope we get more for them soon.
@@stumpywest1652 I agree, generally the Separatists have more diverse choices to choose from though. I could generally say 1 or 2 potential Separatist ships for every 1 potential republic ship.
I only play CIS, so I went all in with them. I agree with your list. I do enjoy running both a Providence and a Recusant in my fleets. I think the Gozanti works best with Kraken as you can guarantee one the crit effects of whatever ion weapon you give once per activation. That makes them pretty effective for their points cost.

I wish Asmo had left Armada at FFG, despite reorganization. FFG was on such a good tack (which these starters show) and folks there loved the game. I was sure we were headed for new squadrons and big boys. Sigh
I love the Providence, they are my ships of the line. I've been using my CIS fleet as a Georgian navy, Providences as my first rates, munificents as frigates and hardcells as sloops. I really want to see a star wars show from the separatist side.
My favourite space battle would be the ending of rouge one. Number two would be when Vader tries the TIE Defender in rebels and singlehandedly defeats the rebels but I don’t really think it counts since it is a squadron vs capital ships (with squadrons).

When Crab is zoomed in over the Recusant: anyone know where to get those Smokey bases? I paint my bases black and star splatter, but always admired these bases that FFG used when showcasing releases. Thanks

Should i buy the starter for 2 different factions, or go for the traditional starter and build out our factions as we grow? It’s for Christmas so my budget is bigger so just in the perfect world what’s the best route? This is a great video i appreciate it!
Both Faction Starters, an Upgrade Card Collection, and maybe 1 extra ship per faction will give you a great start! Then you can also add the fighter squadrons pack for each faction beyond that!
Started watching a lot of your videos. Would like to start a collection, but I'm not sure. Is the original empire and rebellion products going out of print? A lot of the sites that I go to say that they are out of stock. Is this a dying game that I got interested in a little too late?

I love the battle of Endor. RitR gave us Lando in the Falcon, which is just awesome.

400 point game nah I got plans for 1000 points of CIS ships. The game will probably be a few hours longer than usual.

They are still reprinting it. Alot of in demand ships have been coming back in stock.
