I enjoyed the figurine and crusty coins. I hope you can work your magic on them to show us how they look without the crust. Of course those waves were my favorite and your tricks with the WYDI. I'm guessing this time a is a charm, like off a necklace or bracelet. I'm no detector so I'm actually curious to know what it will be with the numbers jumping all over the place. Happy hunting!

Been watching for a while but have not seen anyone finding a half dollar. Have they been out of circulation long enough that they have all been found? I'm old enough to remember when they were in circulation, and everyone had one in their pocket change. LOL
Rare to find half dollars anymore, but we still find them from time to time. I found one walking liberty in September or October last year.

Looked like a cool area to search with the work that was being done in the area. I've always thought that Pro scoop would be best used as a water sift in wet sand or a shack sifter in completely dry sand. Great video.

Like your videos. New on this. I have xp deus 2. When you say Low, middle and hi tones. is it by the sound or the numbers and what is the diffrence? And what does solid number means, is it good?
tones are both in sound and number, High tones would be higher numbers and higher pitch audio response, same with mid and low tones.

Best machine is subjective, I would research the Equinox, Manticore, Deus 2, Legend and see what machines people are using in your area. I like the Equinox for our SO Cal beaches

What's the latest update on your Deus II testing, Jim?
Deus 2 testing is pretty much complete, the discrimination and all the different settings are great but in XP's attempt to cancel out bottle caps and iron and not creating an easy all metal option that will run stable is my biggest complaint. I know the targets in my area get masked by the iron rich black sands, my equinox allows for all metal mode to run stable on iron rich sand and it will notify me when I am over metal deep but the tones and display is iron even though it is a deep good target. My Deus 2 does not hear those deep iron targets my nox does and that alone is why I exclusively have been using the NOX in those conditions. But, if I am discriminating out iron and rejecting the iron rich black sands, my deus 2 can handle very rich black sand that the NOX cannot but you are not detecting very deep. I am looking forward to finding those conditions again on our beaches so I can show everyone how good the Deus 2 is when those conditions are present.
