Answer to mystery find. That is a neon stand off. For mounting neon tubing on signs
YEP! You Hit It On The Nail head!
Thanks very much for your help with that and I appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg
I always appreciate a break from the craziness in our country. And the best break is a look back. Its why most of us detect. You do it best. Thanks for the break.
Thanks so much for the kind words Sean and glad you liked watching this one! Take care out there and ATB Greg
Starter brush, to an old 6 volt starter. Have rebuild a few back in the day.
Yep, I should have recognized it out there as I have sold enough NOS brushes in the past. The Stackpole name threw me a bit. Thanks so much for watching this one! ATB Greg
That’s what is great you finding history
Thanks so much Leo and I really appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg
Love to hear the birds singing in the background.
I do too. I love when they're singing while I'm out there filming. Thanks for watching this one James!
Great Hunt. The Wildroot is a hair cream/ Hair tonic from early 1900's and is still sold today I believe. I remember it well because my dad used it.
Thanks for your help with that and I appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg
Definitely a good day of Finding America Greg. Thanks for bringing us along

I almost laughed out loud when I saw that one woman's hat in the first train photo! Imagine, going in to the hat shop, sitting down to try on hats, & falling in love with THAT ONE! And, the designer who decided that it was going to be a style someone would love! Mind-boggling!---I almost expected you to say that Timex was still capable of working again...remember their slogan?! "Takes a lickin' & keeps on tickin'"!---I love finding out about birds in other parts of the country, & that one singing over your head was driving me nuts, wanting you to tell me what kind it was!---Hmm, those women in long skirts on the hill side, harvesting something? Prepping for something?
I don't know Alana, I think a light and airy meringue would be a very desirable thing to have atop your hat. :) Always great to have in a lack of a snack pinch.
I resisted the old Timex slogan as it just seemed to be too low of a hanging fruit. LOL
I came across a video short out there that had ten songbirds and their songs. I remember that one being on there but I just can't recall it now. It was in a bush right next to me and I figured it was warning me to stay away from here little ones.
The women on the hillside is a very interesting photo as they were Appalachian women from this area that lived in the mountains. They were actually clearing a hillside to grow their corn on. There wasn't much flat land in the mountains and they made do with the land they had. The hillside probably got the morning sun each day. It was a tough way of life but they adapted to the obstacles. Love that photo.
@@FindingAmerica I loved the explanation of the hillside clearance. Coming from the prairie of North Dakota, I was clueless!
Awesome finds today thanks for sharing 💙
Thanks Robin and I appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg
Let’s go let’s go treasure and adventure ✌️❤️🇺🇸👵🎉🌺🌎

Thanks so much guys and I always appreciate you watching! ATB Greg
That was a good show, Greg. I found a bunch Organ Reeves. By old church and I figured the organ was throw away.
I wondered if the area had been hit by a storm that damaged the home, & that accounted for the odd finds in one location?
I have several permissions in that neighborhood and I usually spend the day roaming a bit between them while detecting there.
That is probably what happened there. Thanks Greg and I appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg
Hi Greg , nice on mate good finds the ring is very nice but my favourite is the complete rim fire cartridge a very nice find indeed , i have no idea on the mystery item but i am sure someone will know , another good watch my friend enjoyed it hope all is good with you ATB Rob .
Thanks so much Rob! I loved finding that complete rim fire as well. They don't come along very often out there. We do have the Mystery Solved and I'll have that segment in tomorrow's video. I still have to watch your newest video. I've been looking forward to seeing what you and Al came up with this time. :) Take care my friend and ATB Greg
Nice work Greg!! Really like that rimfire round!!!
Thanks for another great video Gregg. Congrats on that 1963 Rosie dime. That’s the same year as my Mercury Comet. 👍
Thanks 👍 Doug and I love those old Falcons. Does your's have the 260 or the six? Thanks for watching this one! ATB Greg
@@FindingAmerica “Ms. Pickles” has the 170 six. The lady that bought her new in 1963 was 67 years old. Her name was Beatrice Pickles from Rhode Island. It’s a beautiful car in Pacific Blue.
@@dougsnyder8963 Very nice and great color too! History makes the find AND the car a treasure! :)
Nice hunt Greg and great job with your interview on the American Digger podcast! 💯👍
Thanks Brian and I appreciate you listening to the podcast. Really glad to hear you liked it! ATB Greg
Greg, you always find the coolest things 😊 Goes without saying that I love the railroad spike and train picture. The bottle cap was very cool. Congratulations on the silver dime 😄
Thanks Andrea and I'm always happy to see another RR spike. I loved getting that old Wildroot bottle too. I really appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg
@@FindingAmerica That bottle definitely has the "coolness factor". 😎
@@andreamassari9099 Definitely does.
Awesome video man!
Thanks so much Josh and I really appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg
Nice hunt, Greg. I have been thinking the past few months each time I get out to detect how therapeutic it is mentally with all the nonsense going on in the world, and here at home. It is nice to just get out and dig targets. Congrats on the silver!
Thanks so much Rich and it's definitely a very welcome respite each time I get out. I appreciate you watching this one! Take care and ATB Greg
The ground is still a little frozen here in the upper one. I have my old detector in the car for random spots around town this summer.
I can't wait to take the Manticore to the mining areas for relics or gold.
Thanks for watching this one and hope you have a blast out there with your Manticore! Take care and ATB, Greg
I have the glass piece. It's threaded. Found at Glass Beach, Fort Bragg,CA.
Thanks for your help with that James and I appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg

Great hunt
Thanks for the help with that and I appreciate you watching this one! Take care and ATB Greg

I have a ghost town here in Arizona that I go to when I want to get away and sometimes Find gold nuggets. Great video. Thanks…..
Sounds like a place I would love to get away to as well! Glad you enjoyed this one Rick! ATB Greg
When you step back, it helps you decide where to put your next foot forward.
🤔 love it. I will have to remember this. Thanks
My pleasure James and I really appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg
Greg I think your mystery is probably an indicating light on a dash of a car or t v or radio
Thanks for your help with that Greg and I appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg

The Ford stackpole looks like a brush that goes inside a generator, those were replacable. To keep the battery charged.
Thanks for the help with that Mike and I appreciate you watching this one! Take care and ATB Greg
IIRC Stackpole was a maker if switches, plugs & sockets & other electronic parts.
Thanks for your help with that Tom and I appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg
The ford stackpole is a copper brush for starter/generator
Thanks for the help with that and I appreciate you watching this one! Take care and ATB Greg

I am a wonder if it would be possible to get a couple copies of the two old, abandoned churches in your led in? I collect pictures of them. I sure would appreciate it.
If you would email me at findingamerica01@gmail.com, I can send you those. ATB Greg
The piece is part of a insulation part that went in a neon sign
Thanks for the help with that piece and I appreciate you watching this one! Take care and ATB Greg
The Ford piece looks like a brush for a generator.
Thanks for your help with that Richard and I appreciate you watching this one! ATB Greg
