Damn, Why can't I find this many cruisers to shoot at?>! All I get is BBs and DDs darn you Tbull you win this round!
Does pretty well against all the classes. Against destroyers the reload is a bit slow, but the accurate guns make up for it, and against BBs you can rip em with AP when they're flashing their sides and then heat things up with some HE when they are angling

@@lordredlead2336 yeah it got delayed for some reason. I'm guessing the super testers either thought it was way too good or way too crappy. It'll show up sooner or later

Yes! The Molotov cocktail was named in Molotov's honor. As the story goes the Soviets were making a diplomatic push to take land from Finland. Molotov was sent by Stalin for "aggressive negotiations". The Finns told The Russians to F*ck off. The Soviet army invaded Finland thus initiating the Winter War of 1940. The Finns had very little to no anti tank weapons so gasoline bombs were used to fight the Russian tanks. The Finns having such a wonderful sense of humour named the gasoline bombs Molotov Cocktails.
Also credited with being an engineer of the alliance that the Soviet Union had with Nazi Germany at the start of ww2. This treaty is commonly referred to as the 'Molotov-Ribbentropp Pact', after the foreign ministers of the two respective powers.

Guns look great. Ran into one while in a japan destroyer and I was getting citadels so the armor is trash, but I guess that's most light cruisers at that tier.
What range and was it ap? You'd be surprised how frequently you can citadel in a Destroyer if you are close enough.

It barbecues battleships badly guarenteed to stack fires especially if they ignore you. This thing is a brawler.

Id probably put yama on there if I was making a build just for this ship. Scott would be better than Lutjens in my opinion, as simply hitting more shells will very rapidly outpace the small additional damage provided by the AP damage boost
I don’t know if you mentioned it in the video or if I missed it but does the Molotov have the Radar option like the Budyonny?
It doesn’t.
The ONLY significant difference between this ship and the Kirov is permanent cammo and more AA guns. Otherwise, it’s the Tier 4 Kirov playing against Tier 5&6 ships. Sure, it has more hit points but that’s meaningless going up a tier. You better play this like a battleship. Stay WAY away from ships and lob your shells in. Also, with only 4km torps, you’re only good for defensive shots (if you’re chased and can get an angle on the pursuing ship.
On a PC the Krov is tier v via Russian Cruiser... It was supposed to get a stronger hull, but wow changed their mind, therefore the Krov has very weak armor and I think tier 6 is not much better except for gun loading time.
I've heard you reference your "must sink" list if rostered on the enemy team. I'm guessing this is on that list?
You don't see them too often, but when you do it's a good idea to get rid of it

The Russian fleet just began coming into the game about a month ago, and will be fully in probably in 6 weeks or so. What's next after that, we'll find out soon enough
It's the Russian fleet... They can't sail anywhere without tugboats and even in a video game the devs have to patch up all of the holes. 😜
One more week for Duck of War flag..I think its top 75% or 50%, which is really just a few games..
Yeah, top 90%, which like you note is very easy to get
Just been reading about these cruisers, wasn't really Russian but Italian and WOWS have really gone over the top with its reload, was actually only 2 rounds per minute. I can see why WOWS did this as it would not be a very competitive ship.
This is like all Japanese cruisers above tier IV except faster gun reload, faster traverse, and more powerful guns
So literally an atago at tier 5

Definitely don't want battleships swatting ya in the sides while you're piloting this, but they will feel the same way about the return fire you're sending down range
Ok. You've convinced me, I'm buying her. I previously liked the De Grasse as my favorite level 5 cruiser. How does this ship compare to her in your opinion?
