Thank you Central for always providing just the right amount of Maroon koolaid! Hopefully we can keep this play up and start to play even better. Gig’em!
Gig’Em central! nice to see the defensive come together to what we’ve known they could have been this whole time. need to clean up a few things in the secondary but this front 7 is nasty. let’s show up on the big stage next week and let everyone know this isn’t a regular team in college station! 👍🏻👍🏻
Damn man you guys averaged taking more yards away from them, then they average gaining on the ground that's impressive my man ! Kudos on finding that stat bro, I'll be keeping my eye out on you guys vs Bama, I honestly could see you guys getting a W. Catch yah next time. Also you gotta explain the whole "Gig 'em" thing I don't fully understand haaaa😂
alright sir, thanks for coming back. I'll do a brief history of the gig em next year for ya. Best of luck to yall, always a worthy opponent and I hope a passionate fan base like yalls get going.
Stacked to say the least. It really refreshing to see Jimbo and Durking finally making the most out of what they have. They just need to continue letting these guys eat!
So, I hadn't touched on this, it's kind of controversial IMO. But, we may be better with Max. I don't mean that Max is out right better, but I think it has forced us to play personnel groupings that work much better for us. With Conner it seemed like they felt they could get away with not running a TE on the line, or not RB, and even simply not make protection a priority. We have the WR that we need to distribute to, so if we can't protect, we can't move the ball. From a bit of a sadistic POV, this may have forced the issue. And once we get the protection figured out, Petrino's office has run really well!
What a game Tugboat! Maybe the easiest hardest game we've ever had. They sure played us hard like they always do, we just over powered them. Kyle Field is going to be a sight on Saturday!

At my stage in life, my number one priority is providing for my wife and two boys. I chose a profession that made that hard to do with our goals. I work hard, got a masters, and that made it easier. My advice for you is three fold: 1) think about 10-20 years from now, will your professional allow you to provide if this is your role 2) try to get into something you will legitimately enjoy, and 3) does it provide some sort of benefit or have some sort of way to better society If you can hit those three things, you will be in good shape. Do you research on whatever you choose. FYI, I enjoy providing, so a profession that is only a 6 on the enjoyment level is still reward for reason 3 and 1.
That has been an ongoing issue he has had that rears its head from time to time. My thought right now is that as good as he is, he still has to do some things deliberately. It's like windows or tabs being open on your computer, I don't think he's moved everything into the background to work on its own by it becoming second nature for him. I think he's still growing a lot and has to do some things very consciously. take the Auburn game where Conner got made at him for missing the snap count. Sometimes your just on overload and so you can only actively do so many things at once. I think thats kind of his deal - if he thinks about it, he's fine. but if he has to diagnose a blitz, or direct protection, then that can take some computing power. Once he practices it more and more, especially during games, it will become a part of him and likely never be an issue again. He just lacks a little time and practice IMO

The defense is loaded with talent. Nolan, Turner, Jackson and others are as advertised. We have some really good freshman helping out also.

@atmcoldchills Patrino has helped out a lot. We did not have those long bombs last year.

How do we get Foster to stop snapping the ball so high?
