- It's been a slow off-season, that is until Nick Saban and Jimbo Fisher got into a very public knock down, drag out verbal fight about NIL deals and paying players. Now that they have put it out there in the public area, Mom has to come in and settle them both down.

I don't care if you're a Bama fan or an A&M fan. We can all agree that this NIL madness is completely and totally Mizzou's fault.

As soon as NIL deals started I was waiting for the mud-slinging to begin. Didn't think it would be from Saban of all people 😅
Saban is pretty much the only coach in CFB that has the credibility to say something about the issues without it automatically being considered sour grapes. He has the national titles, the old recruiting success and now has shown he can be a top recruiter under the new system as well.

PLUS there are 2 specific incidents of selling memorabilia for pay prior to the NIL…..
PLUS there are 6 documented cases of boosters paying for players and conveniently Alabama sent them cease and desist letters after reporting that the NCAA was looking into it.
PLUS Alabama literally got investigated by the FBI for this……
PLUS there’s a handful of high school coaches and past recruits literally describing that Alabama offered to pay players to come to them.
It absolutely absurd for Saban to be making the claims that Alabama is squeaky clean…..
