Reptile's goofy looking Stryker stealth setup - Mortal Kombat 1

I just thought it looked neat.
Trying to find ways to make it, y'know, practical. So far though it seems like a "It'll catch them off guard once or twice then never again" kind of thing.
Though with sets being best of 3's now, maybe that's all you need
