How To Program Spektrum's New Firma 2-in-1 Crawler Motor & ESC

- I showed you the Spektrum 2-in-1 Brushless motor and ESC combo installation in my Element Ecto, but didn't have a program card to show you how to change the settings. As you may have seen, the motor rotation was the wrong direction for the Ecto. I was able to just flip the throttle reverse on the transmitter, but I prefer not to do that. I also needed to get more power from my new JX 46kg High Voltage servo. Because at 7.4V it will do 47kg/cm which is about 652.7 oz/in of torque. Not too shabby. I picked it up at Crawler Space RC when I was there to run their Wednesday night competition and realized I was way underpowered for their course.

I know it isnât expensive to get a programmer, but I think every esc should have SOME way of programming a few of the most basic things like rotation direction without need of any other device.
But, to their credit, I did just purchase the programmer. They got me! Ha.

Anyway, the reason I'm messaging you is because one of my all-time favorite RC's and on-road rig the HPI wr8 Ken Block flux is now selling for 799.00 on Dollary Hobbyz! đą I see it on other sites for 700 to 796.00. Is Hpi on crack? These prices are getting unacceptable. I don't mind paying 30 or $40 more for 3s Rigs and I understand there's a shortage of Parts here and there but as amazing as the wr8 is it's a $500 rig MAX.
PLEASE consider updating the community and giving Hpi a well deserved back hand! If they could just get their act together and sell their RC's at the right price a lot of people would be blown away at how good the wr8 is. And I think the Savage XS is like close to $500. insanity!!!

Great review. I just installed the same motor with an 18t pinion on my Ecto, and after just a few minutes of running it stops and the on/off blinks red continuously. Any advice would be appreciated

At the end it said restore to default and you pushed enter. Did you restore factory settings?
I'm curious if the Hobbywing Fusion program card would work with the Spektrum version fusion
