I forgot to say in the video, but this knife is loud!! Real clacky. It gets quieter with time the more you flip it though. It also squeaks a bit at first but that goes away in a few days of flipping!!

Also i wanna know the difference between bushings and bearings please.
A bushing is a type of bearing designed for very specific usage. A bearing provides 2 surfaces within the blade hole and these 2 surfaces roll over each other to reduce friction. A bushing is a solid bit of metal doing basically the same thing. Hope this helps ( I might have some details wrong ).
a bearing are ball bearing that the blade runs on instead of washers. however they are too fast and aren’t smooth at times. bushings are precision cut and in a nut shell are extremely slightly bigger than the blade itself so when you crank the screws down the washers ride along the bushings and keep good swing
what I like most about this knife is that they are looking to "mass produce" it and sort of make it available 24/7 once they've met the initial demand :)

And I did! Unfortunately I had to move up north, and the climate would’ve been to cold and dry to maintain the terrarium properly (especially during travel) so I donated him to the collection of a local herpetologist. I love cresties and gargoyles though, they are absolutely adorable

I love mine but goodness my Z squeaks. Sounds like a rusty shopping cart. Loosening the pivot screws helps but then starts to get some handle play. Flips like a dream though regardless
Oh man I forgot to mention it! The squeaking quits after like a week of flipping

Yeah, I would love to see a video discussing bearings and bushings. I’ve heard a lot of good things about bushings, yet bearings sound like they’ll flip smoother. However I have heard there’s a fair amount of tolerances and play. Either way I would love to see a vid like that!

Yess! Do bearings vs bushings I owned the atropos kratos for a year until i got myself a petrol and it was sooooo much better for my preference and taught me latters and chaplains to perfection....and it doesnt get lose or more play after dropping it on tile every other day

Man, after being away from this hobby for nearly 6 freaking years it feels like..
Coming back into it and being able to snag a live blade Talisong Z (which has some electrical tape on the blade because I don't feel like painting my room red in the rental house 😂😂), and a trainer Talisong Z that I can take anywhere for $120 and $200 respectively, and being able to experience ball bearings for THE FIRST TIME, I can say that I DEFINITELY 100% agree with Will Hirsch calling this an affordable grail, it's freaking amazing, and perfect
