Wheel Horse 1067 Carburetor Adjustment Part 3

Today is a snowy normally tax day, April 15th here in beautiful Mid Michigan. Tax day has been moved to July 15th this year with the coronavirus stay at home orders in effect. Today I'm making an adjustment to the carb on my lovely 1067. It is running too rich evidenced by the carbon buildup on the plug after an hour working in the yard last time out.
