I purchased a SA XDM optics ready a couple of years ago. SA will give you a free optics plate for what optic you’re going to install. I installed a Holosun 507C SA sent me the optic plate three weeks after I went on on line and filled out the paperwork. I absolutely love this pistol. It has chewed everything I have thrown everything at it including lead bullets at it. Zero failures. Outstanding pistol. Thanks for sharing the video.
Gotta love those Springfields
I just got this one as well, i loved it in my class
I've shot the 9mm version, but I have the XDM Elite, 3.8" compact 10 mm and the Hellcat in 9mm, excellent pistols👍 I shoot the 10mm better, but that Hellcat is a pleasure for EDC👍
Hey, this is solid video! Great job Shrek 👊 I subscribed to the channel on the SFAR video, excellent work. I love other channels, but am so tired of the 6K gun reviews, enough of that crap, how about stuff like this w a $400 gun that shoots as well as the shooter can shoot it? Am I wrong? Could a channel go 100K w reviews like this on affordable buys? Must b more out there. I am just some old guy from Nebraska but I like the work you guys do, wish only the best for you.
Just ordered one of these for 349. They are being discounted heavily since they're being discontinued. Good time to buy one.
I just got a gear up bundle for $399 w/ 6 mags. Are they doing away with these in favor of the Echelon?
Its the XDM series that is being discontinued in favor of the newer XDM Elite, so this video is about the newer model@@ltd4yt
Damn where at? Local gun shop? They are cheaper but nowhere under $600
@BJskittlescats the xdm elite is also discontinued
I’m a Glock lover, but I’ve never had a Springfield so I thought I might give it a try, bought a XDM ELITE 4.5 threaded barrel OSP with 5 mag gear up package.
I think I like it…
my first 9 mm from few years back.trigger is about 4.7. very good gun but CZ P-10 F is much more manageable and accurate even though it has slightly heavier trigger about 5.
I think the xdm elites are the best polymer pistols on the market, in my opinion
I go back to the beginning of XD pistols and they dance the dance .
My gunshop took me thru a Rollercoaster of emotions. I initially bought a glock 17 but they did an oopsie. This one looked great in my hand but is new here. I'm a take it to the range as soon as the paperwork clears. But in your opinion how does it compare to the glock 17 in feel, reliability etc. Also getting my first shotgun too excited about that
How'd it do with the CCi Blazers?
I have the exact same model and I cannot shoot it very well. I would like to think that it is me but I have a basic XD that I shoot well. My buddy keeps telling me that it is a 6 o clock gun. Just wondering if you could offer some advice about the sights. I try and keep both front and real sights even accross the top with the red front sight right in the center of the rear U. Am I doing something wrong? Please help!!
Where are your misses? Ie: low and left?
@@mwmag to be honest they are all over the place but mostly high and to the left.
@@mwmag i let the guys at the range shoot it yesterday and they are telling me that something is wrong with the xdme. Honestly, I am not sure they are correct. I think they just aren't used to using the meta trigger that is in it, just like im not good at using it. I also took an M&P sheild and ate the center out of the bullseye at 8 yards. I guess what is bothering me the most is that I can shoot most firearms well but I am terrible with the xdme. Maybe I should just keep practicing with it.
Would you buy this over the Beretta APX-A1 FS? I know you love that one?
Wow. Tough question. I'd probably give you a different answer each day so I guess thsts my way of saying you can't go wrong with either. If I had to pick I'd go with the APX A1 if they were full price as APX A1 is slightly less. Both great guns foe sure.
I too enjoy my ambidextrous features to be on both sides. 😂😂😂😂😂
I Picked it up last week, it was on sale for $549
Ouch man
The xdm elite optic ready pistols are on sale for 350, have been for a week or 2 now at a few places. Just bought another one at 350 myself
Do you carry it now sir. 1 yr later?
I actually carry my Stoeger STR9. But I'd have no problem carrying this on a daily basis.
So what did you do to test the guns reliability besides putting bullets through it? Hope a more active person reviews this gun. A torture test would be nice.
You mentioned acquiring this gun from PSA. What is PSA and what is their website?
Do a search for Palmetto State Armory. We also have some of these linked directly from our website www.mwmagnum.com under requested links
