For Canelo to beat another undefeated fighter like Munguia with a HOF coach in Roach backing him would be very very good on his resume, this isn't no Berto or Conor McGregor, this is a highly talented prime boxer with a variety of offense, not as easy a fight for Canelo as many think, I still think Canelo gets the job done though.

I'm probably Paulie's biggest critic when it comes to his analysis. Mainly because he tends to do so with his feelings and it's usually 🗑️ because of that. I'M GOING TO BE SINCERELY HONEST. I RESPECT THIS ANALYSIS BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT MAKES PURE SENSE. .. I know you have it in your Paullie you were underrated as champion so ik you have credible knowledge of the science you just can't mix your emotions into the equation.

I believe Mungia will give it his all but the probability of him winning is low in my opinion. This seems to be a marketing ploy by Canelo and his team to bank some big money. There will be two Mexican fighters and some fireworks in the ring and for some that will be enough to overshadow the fact that the fighter many wanted Canelo to fight will not be in the ring with him. Who knows why that fight never materialized aside from what one hears. With that being said I think it will be a good fight and I'm going for Mungia to capitalize on his opportunity.
Just to remind you guys these are the same guys who predicted the Ryan, Devin fight also they mention bivol was the way bigger guy and let’s not forget he broke Saunders face. Of course they don’t mention that

Enter the ring and find out during the heat of battle something is missing. Its a feeling every fighter experiences and could happen any fight now with Canelo. I think Canelo only has a year left before his intensity and workrate start slipping off for good so I think he'll just have enough against a very live hungry young lion in Munguaia. I would not fall off my chair in astonishment however if Munguaia's higher punch output wins him this fight.

I’ve been to Munguía’s last two fights. I don’t think 2024 Canelo can handle this pace Munguia is about to put on him. This kid is a fkn bull, and Canelo will get hurt badly in this fight.
I don’t see Canelo hurting Munguia badly enough to slow down that pressure. If Canelo accepts defeat and cruises to decision like he did vs Golovkin 1st time or in Bivol fight, Munguia will either rightly win or be screwed.
If Canelo has the heart to fight back, somebody is getting knocked out. My guess is it won’t be the younger, stronger guy that doesn’t have the wear and tear of a Golovkin trilogy on him.

Like you guys but you have one fault in your analysis. You tend to remember the greatness and not father time. Canelo is slowing down; it's inevitable. His slowing down means he will have trouble if he can't put Jaime away early. He won't. Big trouble but Canelo may get the edge in the decision anyway.

Canelo is a great fighter but there's no denying he's benefited vs. smaller or older guys who "was handpicked" as Mickey Goldmill famously said. He gets a lot of stupid hate for the Bivol fight though, and also for the GGG fights. Boxing fans are awful.
