    This is great info. Coming from a running background, I find the best (physically) and hardest (mentally) part of triathlon training to be the lesser amounts of running. Switching from half marathon training to triathlon training leaves me constantly fearing that I'm losing my running fitness - even as my running times have sped up - because I'm "only" running 3 times a week and only one of those is a run of 5 or more miles. Sometimes it's hard to just trust your training, even when you see it's working.

    Hey TT. Due to my age I find this advice pure gold. I'm doing 3X 30 min runs a week and some speed drills off the bike once a week. Im not breaking my body down and I'm feeling great.

    Hey, i liked that video, id like to see a similar one for the bike. As someone who works on a 2,2,2 basis im looking for ideas to keep it all short and sweet this year with family and work im dropping the distance to try and get a bit faster. Keep it up Taren, always a pleasure 👌
