C10 Front Airride Suspension Installation Part 3

- Andrew bought a 1979 C10 Square Body as his new shop truck. Like any truck you see on this channel we had to make some revisions. In this video, we start the front suspension with Michigan Metal Works upper control arms and upper bag plates, CPP lower control arms, Slam Specialties SS7 air bags, and Moog steering components. We also started the metal work on the bed and installed a Summit Racing driveshaft loop. We were excited to see the stance, but there is still work to be done.

Question I'm doing this same kit from ekstensive on my s10. How did you set up ur pinion angle an did you use a double Carden joint in driveshaft? An did you have to shorten or extend ur driveshaft
with the frame completely level We measure the angle of the tail shaft on the transmission and it was two degrees down. So we set the pinion angle of the rear end equal and opposite at making it 2°up. We were able to reuse the factor and joints.

I will be in Ft.Stewart 1st week of January 2024 can I swing by and get my free coozie please. I did the same to my 85 C10, but I custom my 85 that nobody has ever done to a C10. I could drive it there and let you check it out if that's ok.
