- Our ASV PT-100 was in desperate need to have the undercarriage repaired / replaced. Some of the idlers and bogies were missing the majority of the rubber on them. We made the decision to go with all aluminum bogie and idler wheels. All of the parts in this video were provided by Track Loader Parts. In this video we install the new track and start on rebuilding the drive sprocket rollers and hardware.

Thank you for your hard work your videos helped me alot
@Jesus Jauregui you are very welcome. It is my pleasure to help. Viewers like you are the reason I do them. ~Mr. C.
Also would like to know where you got the tool
@AirdoutRacing I purchased the tool from Track Loader Parts (link below). The complete tool is item 1 in the parts list. It is very helpful when installing the tracks. Thanks for watching and asking! ~Mr. C.

Put the bolts in in your drive table the opposite way that you had it and grind off the end on the inside in case if you lose one in operation it's much easier to repair another reason being after nut does come off and you don't notice it the boat will go to the inside and tear up the hoses been-there-done-that
@STEVEN LEE WOW that is very sound advice. I see what you mean now. Did not think of a situation like that but clearly it is possible and has happened. Again, I can not thank you enough for taking the time to not only help me but contribute this massive amount of information to the rest of the community. Viewers like you MAKE this channel and the community. ~Mr. C.
Make it easy for yourself and put the track on one Idler Wheel at a time such as completely over the front then the rear or the rear than the front
@STEVEN LEE I will try that next time. Thank you again for your input. Very valuable! ~Mr. C.
How did you get past the guide for the drive table (about 8:10)? On mine, the track is so tight, I have the new track with the first set of drive lugs installed over the rear (all was loose), then installed the front of the track, one set of drive lugs, and now am working to get the rear on the rest of the way. The outer drive lugs are hung up on the table guide, and I can't get over the rear idler.
@danb371 I understand what you are talking about. I don't remember exactly but if I had to guess I would say a large digging bar (link below) to pry things around. If you have your machine as high as I did try putting a board under the track and jacking it up to remove the tension created by the sag. I did learn to spray things down with soapy water to help the new track slip on better. I know it is a pain but you can do it, just take your time and think it through. Thanks for watching and commenting! ~Mr. C.
