I had to pull the track on an old RC30 in order to remove the drive motor a couple of years ago. It was NOT an easy job ... and this is probably the smallest and least difficult track to remove. Take a look at ASV's bigger machines and you'll notice they have rubber lugs on the outside edge of the tracks. Then think about trying to remove the front (or any) wheel with those outside lugs in the way. This solid rail design with a turnbuckle style tensioner makes for one tight track even when it's completely loose.
Would you guys do a video of getting the bogey wheels off? I've been fighting with one of those for a while and I'd like to see how it's supposed to be done. Thanks

Looks hard
They make a tool for putting that front wheel on and stretching the track at the same time. Use one at work all the time.

I use a puller to pull stright out. The seal and spacer gets bound up if not stright off.
