Fantastic Q&A! Thanks for taking the time to think about and respond to my question. As an English teacher, I've found myself making quite a few videos on literature (or film adaptations of literary pieces) that are part of my curriculum. In that way, my "professional" and "creative" lives are quite intertwined. But as you allude to also, the research process I've honed in academic settings impacts how I go about writing and making videos. I've actually started use my video essays as teaching tools for research writing with my students.
