Who's hyped for the Pixel 9 series? It's looking like it will be the biggest change to the Pixel lineup, ever since the Pixel 6 came out! 👀
I’m excited for the new dimensions😅
What's your discord server
I've used Google phones since the Pixel 2 XL. 5 years later my next phone was the Pixel 7 pro. Not enough difference in the 8 pro so I do look forward to the nine. As for my eyesight, the bigger the phone screen the better! I am not a one-handed phone user so I'll take a bigger phone.
And also Daniel isn't Google coming with Samsung's galaxy AI or its features, are it's bezels thin and I do not believe that Google's tensor G3 chip is going to be made by Samsung or themselves,I saw an article and it said that Google's tensor G3 chip may be made by TSMC .
I would think that for me at least the pixel's chipset , camera, and Its performance they should fix and also I also do not know which phone to buy a Huawei pura 70 ultra or the S24 ultra
Compact phones = happiness. Makes me interested in the base 9 model.
but base Pixel 8 is 70.8mm width whereas Pixel 9/Pro is 71.9mm. i guess its better than last year where if you wanted the pro you had to get the larger device. but apples iphones are still more compact.
@@RiqMoran well ur getting the standard pixel but with all the pro specs
@@RiqMoran i think that is a pixel 9 XL...
@a-don13 no those are the dimensions for base and Pro. XL i dont think we have any numbers on, but expect >75mm width. Base iphone 15 pro is 70.6mm width for reference with a 6.1" screen and 16 Pro will be 71.4mm and 6.3"
Pixel 4A is the best ever compact size phone created.
Definitely getting pixel 9
The reason the screen sizes are smaller than the pixel 8 even though the 9 is bigger is because the leakers measured from the curves of the screen, not the corners. They should be closer to 6.2, 6.3, & 6.7.
The screens are curved?
@@mariomontgomery6515 By curve, they mean how you measure screens corner to corner, as the screen isnt square.
@@mariomontgomery6515The corners are. Not the edges
I think those screen sizes are perfect.
That pixel 9 pro XL looks like my next phone.. I'm still rocking the 7 pro and still love it. The Pixel 8 pro to me just wasn't enough of an upgrade 😕
I prefer the 8 pro by miles. The flat display was enough for me.
I LOVE compact phones!! I’m excited!
I appreciated that keep it up
Perfect screen size. 6.5 inches should be the maximum size for confident use of the phone. If you want more bigger screen then foldable is the way to go!
Hope they bring telemacro feature. It’s stunning and can’t imagine the image quality pixel will bring.
Glad u review other gadgets too 👍🏼. I mean other than Apple. Better if they reduce phone sizes. It’s becoming mini tv 😂
I'm stoked for the new pixels! I seriously doubt they are going to make them smaller though. A compact pro will be awesome!
Honestly, I love this design. 😍
Many phone reviewers on CZcams and elsewhere were screaming that they want a smaller size phone. Google has answered these requests, and now people are going to start complaining that the phones will be smaller than previous phones?! Come on man! Really!
Google should consider your designs, i luv it.
Super Hyped
The pixel already has the feature of touch sensitivity. It’s called screen protector mode. And it increases the touch sensitivity.
I can’t wait for this
I have an iPhone 14 Pro and a Google Pixel 7. As a regular user who is a little more willing to spend money on a new mobile, it should perhaps worry Apple that I am not really interested in the iPhone 16 Pro because the iPhone is less exciting than that Google does. So I'm more looking forward to the Google Pixel's launch this autumn than the iPhone. Maybe my old mother will then get my iPhone while I, who am younger and like new exciting functions, will buy myself a new Pixel phone. 🙂
Pixel 7 and 8 have a lot of similarities, 9 is is the real upgrade to my 7
Super happy that the pro is getting a small variant. Small form with the third zoom lens, finally.
They should use Qualcomm chips, tensor sucks, performance and battery life is disappointing.
Tensor suck because Samsung foundry is working on making them next year it will be made by tsmc it's kind of like with the 8gen1 made by Samsung that's why after 2 years exynos 2200 neat the 8gen2 by almost an hour in battery drain test but when tsmc started again with the 8gen2 Samsung exynos couldn't compete with it so they went all out with the 8gen2 anyway tensor g5 will be a new chip competing with qualcomm and apples a19 Samsung is ditching arms and started it's own team on making exynos 2600 gpu which will be better because Samsung is contributing it it could be better than apple a19 but all is talk so I don't believe as for media teck another completion with tensor g5 I just can't wait 3026 will be the most interesting
Google contract with Samsung ends in the 2025 so they will be either making their own chips or contract it to Snapdragon
it keeps the prices low
Hopefully return to Qualcomm @shuttzi9878
Clinton agree more.
I'm so happy with my 8 pro I see no need to upgrade to a 9 pro. If I upgrade it'll probably be for the 10 pro with tsmc soc
Im excited if the size at the time is launched will switch from iphone 15 pro to pixel pro …..Excited for the launch🤩🤩🤩
I love the compact pro models
Really like the design and screen sizes but pixel 9 pro XL need to have bigger screen to be a good competitor with the other flagships.
Hope they fix the portrait mode and allow old user back to pixel 6 pro to use telephoto lens for portrait's.
Please more small phones. Thank you very much.
Tell me when their speakers quality is as good as other brand flagships and they don't have so many bugs. I was tired enough of my 7 Pro.
sounds good but looking at possible price range i am scared google wont be affordable as it was.... which is very sad. Still rocking a 7, Wanting to upgrade to 9 pro but seeing this i am little pessimistic.
100% moving from my 13mini to this when it comes out
Hmm... I was eyeing the s24 or even a used 23 for compact phone coming from pixel 7... Now I gotta wait and see what Google has 😅
I am excited for the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL I do wish it was bigger though it doesn't make sense to call it XL if its 6.5" why not make it 6.8" or 6.9"
Go buy a Samsung
I like the new design of the pixel 9 series, I think the 9 pro or 9 pro xl will be my next phone. Currently i am using the pixel 6 pro.
I want that gold one. I will definitely toss this 11 max if it comes in the xl pro variant. Adaptive touch isn’t new. I used it in my pixel 3 xl. I loved that phone.
I wish they use their customised version of 8 gen 3 or 8 gen 4
I was thinking about switching my 7 Pro for the 9 XL but if it has a smaller screen then I will keep my 7 Pro and usey S24 Ultra as a main phone despite the fact that I absolutely hate OneUI
What about the charging speed, is it faster than Pixel 8 Pro?
HI bro can i go for Samsung s24 Ultra. Wat is ur Suggestion
Nothing they change is going to matter as long as they keep using Exynos for the tensor chips, 6 pro was a huge let down, I legit "upgraded" to a galaxy A54 5g and it's way better for usability than the 6 pro was but I'm gna get the galaxy s24 plus in 512gb super soon 😊
Why do people announce the storage size they're picking?....
@@WoodRumble I did because if 256gb would be enough I'd get the regular s24 and not the plus so I'd assume that dictates the model purchase in some cases
I do agree the chip is a bit slower than the competition but I have preordered my Pixel 8 Pro and from then, I never had a single problem with it. It is smooth like a butter! :)
Google please make a pro mini with 5.5 inch screen. 6 inch is still too big for comfortable one hand use
The display sizes will going to be - pixel 9 -6.1 inches ,9pro -6.5and xl6.7 or maybe 6.8 making sense
Like compact phones ,waiting for pixel 9 pro
The Pixel Tensor G4 Geekbench leaks are from Geekbench 5 not 6, so the comparison is not good.
I'll definitely buy this one
yes bruh, i might like this than the samsung
Exited about the smaller 9 pro 💪🏻
I never saw those iPhone models 😂
This channel has actually still not reacted to the iPad event? A whole day later? 😮
I'm.still rocking the Pixel 6a. Amazing phone but no need to upgrade just yet.
Anything about satellite connectivity?
I'll stick to my 5A with headphone jack I never use, thank you very much.
Maybe the sizes are smaller because the corners are round?
6.7 size screens are just hard to manage. Also, we need an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor like Samsung.
All the people with girl hands complaining finally paid off eh?
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
6:30 those deep bench 6 numbers can't be right. Those are significantly lower than the tensor 1.
Id buy this
6.1" 6.35" and 6.7" or 6.3" and 6.6" for the XL would have more sense to me
Some reports are linking the small sized Pixel 9 as Pixels are 2nd in market share in Japan and they like small phones. If P9 had inlcuded TSMC chips that would have been better - perhaps I'll wait for P10.
Wait, what…. So little jump in size between 9 and 9 pro??!!
I love the pixel phone being smaller. I am a long time pixel user. I am also a Google advocate. I use 8pro, 7pro, 6 pro and have a Google 5 and 4A5g too. Can you tell I love pixel phones.😂
Im glad they are making a better version for people that like a more compact phone but if you are going to offer 3 versions make the XL at least 6.7-6.8 in size for people who want a larger phone. Then you would have big and small. I personally like a larger screen size and probably will be going to Samsung if this is the direction google is going. Especially if they are going to be charging 1k for a phone with a tensor chip.
@ZONEofTECH The word "qi" in the wireless charging standard is actually pronounced as "CHI"
I think I might hold out the rest of the year with my Samsung until the Pixel 9 releases... I miss my Pixel soo much lol
What if the reason for the display size for the next line is smaller because they want to implement some sort of notch?
I'm thinking something like the galaxy s9 but without the thick chin at the bottom
It could allow face id and some other features but it would look a bit outdated
Awesome, except for the part where it uses Gemini.
No way! I want a 6”7 inch
Now they just need to make sure they drop tensor and go with Snapdragon. 3 hours SOT on the 8 Pro has been awful.
Asus zen phone 9 n 10 5.9" the pixel 9 with a 6" display can be seen as a rivival for small phones, just when it was declared rip to compact smartphone, its only a hair larger the zen 10, while I'm a big screen fan I feel happy that the opition is back.
ASUS support is terrible.
I hope they'll include 65-80watt fast charging
Absolutely NOT APPEALING!!!
I will wait for the pixel 10 line up with the Google chipset and not the exynos.
Hopefully they have good battery life.
He's talking about iphone or google pixel 9? 🤔
A Mid range processor would be a disaster to handle AI related stuff.
Yeah, I want on device AI processing, not that crap where you send it to Google and wait forever to get it back.
Pixel 8 Pro has a 6.7" screen and Pixel 9 XL has a 6.5" screen, I think the lable "XL" is perfect chosen and still better/handy than Pixel 8 Pro.
, I'll wait for the pixal 10
Qi wireless charging is pronounced as "chi" wireless charging. Nice video BTW.
i hate small phones. pixel pro xl is way too small for me. gonna stick with my 6.8 s23 ultra
yeap, and i hate big phones. I like to 1 hand a lot. dont wanna be using 2 hands constantly. plus carrying, etc. i think somewhere in middle is nice. 6.5 isnt bad, its a nice sweet spot.
Google should use dimensity instead of exynos..sad part is! the old exynos were used in these phones!! the heck...
If Tensor G4 is also a poor chipset why Google is not considering Snapdragon.. a pathetic decision by team Pixel..
Pixel на snapdragon было бы круто😊 Tensor отстой 😢 а еще мерцание экрана, пора что-то с этим делать
This Pixel slaps cheeks
They need to fix their signal issue first, still having the issue after many updates and they keep lying about things on support.
Looks like pixel 10 is the next pixel I'll get.
Given that we are getting a minor change in the chip and the 10 will get the new arc chip and being that it is the 10th model I def think that this year will be skip.
Why are soft rounded corners gone??
It was so good to hold in hand
Why go backwards??
The only reason is that people find this style prettier
Bro if there any leaks about nothing phone 3 ??
Waiting for QI2 then I’ll go back to Android… if the Pixel gets it I’ll buy day1
No Pixels with Tensor processors. Pixel with Qualcom processor. Yes, Google made a very wrong decision by not continuing with the Qualcom processor.
No matter what's the best design pixel devices have always problem regarding network's reception so if they could solve Network related issues then pixel is by far the best phone.
Maybe it will finally be able to record in 4K/60 HDR 😂
A curious question: Are there people over eighty years of age who are very elderly people who own and will use modern smart phones?!!?
tbh, when using pixel 8pro, i realized, as a daily user, i don't need iphone or galaxy chipset power.
But I do really enjoying taking photos of my kids and objects, in terms of it, I am really satisfied with my pixel over iphone and galaxy.
personally dare to say, software should be better and nicer than hardware features.
I want a 9 or a 9 pro so bad
love the smaller phone
Cool😍
9 Pro is where it's at!
Any lidar sensor?
So regular pixel 9 is really just like a 9a in terms of screen to body ratio. Pretty disappointed, was really hoping to have a phone with a footprint similar to the pixel 5, but guess that'll never be a possibility in the future.
When will Google release this phone ?
October
Sorry but Samsung is not the one responsible for the terrible tensor chips the new exynos chip used in the s24 lineup of Europe is almost matching the performance of the spapdragon 8 gen3
lets not lie to ourselfes, the only thing that the exynos "gets close" to the snapdragon is peformance, but it gets hotter and consumes more battery while doing so, the efficency is still the main problem, which for the majority of consumers is the selling point. Not everyone needs the big power to play games or such. Saw many reviews where (in normal consumer tests) the exynos gets to 0% while the sd8 still has 18% left. Not to forget that even in high performance tests, the exynos starts to throttel earlier than the sd8. The exynos even lost/evens om many tests in battery life (not performance) to last years s23.
They really should've put a Telephoto Lens on the Base Pixel 9 😔
I'm going to buy the Pixel 8 if the Pixel 9 doesn't get a Telephoto Lens.
Well Pixel 8 doesn't have it either. So I don't see your point.
Wait for s25u instead
@@143Pankit the point is the Pixel 8 will be cheaper when the Pixel 9 releases(especially in my country).
So if the Pixel 9 doesn't get a Telephoto Lens there will be no reason for me to buy the Pixel 9 so I'll buy the Pixel 8 instead, which will cost 100-150$ less than the Pixel 9. (in my country)
@@sherrimoquin5553 not interested in Samsung phones
@RH1FT why not and it's better then pixel phones
