Summary:This is a story about a mean judge who hates juvenile delinquents and his new appointment to the Juvenile Criminal Division of the District Court, where he works in the juvenile court. The Korean judge, who used to be a victim of juvenile delinquency, is confronted with juvenile cases that have many stories, thinking about what the role of a real adult is and why juvenile cases are not "other people's" problems but "our" problems, and conveying a heavy message to juvenile delinquents and the world through the process of growing up.
