Did you / will you put a hydramat in the front section of the tank? I saw some heat marks (~7 minutes in) on the bottom of the saddle portion, is that where the pickup is attached to the tank?
@grewe02 the pickup for the front section is a draw straw from the top. There is a small bracket in the bottom of the tank that the straw keys into so the sloshing of the fuel doesn't fatigue it.
@taytonhair4358 sure, not interested. I think the hydrophobic nature of the material puts extra stress on the pump. I find OEM swirl pot style pumps to be the best option. There is reason OEMs use that system.
You really got that mount on the front of the tank aligned perfectly with the member above it, seemingly without building it in situ. Nice work!

Have you ever looked into a Holley hydramat?
