Yes
would this work for college coaches as well or is it mostly for professional?
mostly pro, the only thing you would add to it to make it for colleges is an "academics" section right below your "personal information" section. You would include your GPA, SAT/ACT test scores, and any accolades or achievements you have from academics.

I’m 14 years old. Do I make a CV as well in order to get trials?
I think it depends on what you want to do. If you are a baller and are playing at a high level right now, then maybe it makes sense. It just depends on what the next step is for you. If you are looking to join an academy it's more important to have good highlights rather than to have a CV. In my opinion, you don't really need a CV until you are looking at getting into the pro's or going to college.

what about one´s email and phone-number? Doesn't that have to be in a CV too??? or is that not important??
It can be in there, but typically your sending this email over to coaches yourself from your email anyways so its not mandatory. If you have an agent, then maybe it might be important, but your agent would be getting direct responses from the team so it wouldn't be needed.
