How to train individually with pressure. Cause I heard training with pressure will help to play more better at games. How do I put like game pressure in my individual training?
Definitely recommend creating restrictions on yourself to make things harder - this can help build higher levels of competency which will translate when doing them without restrictions in-game (because its easier without restrictions).
Key point: notice how hard this guys is passing that ball into the wall. Thats how you improve your first touch and you can tell this guy has some serious quality.

Does training ball control on sand. Dribbling on sand helps to control the ball more in match?
It can be beneficial! I would say training is some capacity (even on sand) is better than not training at all!
