How to Train By Yourself | Pro Player's Full Training Session

- Here is a simple training session and "how to" guide on training individually for footballers. This session is for any player who is looking to work on all areas individually.
The full training session is outlined below -- with the exact sets and reps of each activity. Keep in mind that the activities are organized in a way that builds up in intensity over the course of the session. This is important to make sure that you are gradually introducing your body to higher demands of training rather than just jumping straight into high-load activities that could possible put you at risk for injuries.
Full Training Session:
Warm Up: 10-15 minutes (Jogging for 5 minutes, Dynamic activation for 10 minutes).
Turn, Shift, to Pass -- 6 reps x4 sets. Rest for 1 minute in between sets. Gradually increase the intensity of this one.
Turn, Cone 1v1 to Pass -- 6 reps x4 sets. Rest for 2 minutes in between sets. Continue to increase the intensity throughout the duration of this one.
Shuttle Run -- 4 sets total. Rest for a maximum of 1 minute in between sets. Max intensity, this should be an all out effort.
Figure 8 to Finish -- 4 reps each foot x4 sets. Rest for as long as you need in between sets on this one. Focus on sharp touches during the figure 8 and clean finishing to the corners of the goal.
