    You mention perhaps needing to relocate the toilet paper holder. I have a wonderful holder that has a sort of hook that fits over the vanity door. It holds two rolls. You could hook it on in either direction -- the stored toilet paper can be hidden behind the closed vanity door or allowed to hang on the front of the vanity door, as I prefer. It's a great solution when there is no other reachable place to affix a regular screw-in toilet paper holder.

    Pushing down on just one handle is liable to loosen the nuts over time and increases the possibility of exceeding the weight limit on that side

    Good morning, i hope you can help me. My mom had a hip replacement surgery 2 weeks ago, so when can she sit on the toilet with the help of the toilet raiser?
    Thank you.

    Hello 😊I purchased a gorilla bath mat after watching your channel and do you still recommend them? Because on a short video you didn't seem to. So what changed your mind? Is it the hassle of constantly having to clean them? Love your channel❤ Ronnie Lopez 😊

      I recommend them if you can properly lift and let them dry after use. They do a great job of softening the floor and adding grip, but need care and maintenance to prevent mold growth. The alternatives I showed are for those who can’t handle the maintenance 😉

      You should put a three inch plastic or stainless nail or screw to prevent that.

    Is this product better than grab bars?

    • @EquipMeOT
      @EquipMeOT  Před 7 dny

      I wouldn't say it's better, but it is a very good alternative when grab bars are not a good option for the space or in a rental/temporary situation. Grab bars allow greater placement options, which may be important for some users versus these static setups.

    I weighed 140 at my max...and those flimsy plastic toilet assists barely accommodated MY weight...let alone 500 or 1,000 pounds plus. I'm sure someone 500 pounds plus can fit inside the handles though. Someone with expensive surgery and hardware best not compromise.

    • @EquipMeOT
      @EquipMeOT  Před 21 dnem +1

      Exactly, the width won’t accommodate all body types, but the added weight capacity provides a significantly more secure user experience!

      @morgancalvi6675 Před 21 dnem +1

      @@EquipMeOT no, if you're injured or if you just had expensive surgery, I'd not trust them. It didn't hold up for me at 140. I do like that bidet option though.

    1000 pounds. Wow. 21 inches wide may not be enough to allow a person of that weight. Maybe 52 inches.

      The arm rests are removable, but you are correct, the width won't accommodate all body types.
