I like grilled zucchini squash with peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes so I will have to try the patty pans. Should be good. Personally, I like to douse a little olive oil, red wine vinegar, and a few drops of soy sauce on my veggies when grilling them. Great summer time eating for sure!
Soy sauce is a great seasoning for sure!

Love the cooking videos . This way a person has an idea of what seeds to order because now you know how to cook the harvest once it's ready . No use in growing something if you don't know how to cook it . Great video.

I had this for my dinner last night and it was delicious! I had some left over pork loin i added instead of bacon. So good like a stir fry!

Wow, never heard of the paddy pan squash. But they look good, like the griddle. Thanks God bless.
They have a nuttier flavor and better texture than regular summer squash -- a great addition to any garden!

You definitely should. They have a crisper texture than traditional summer squash. Very delicious!
We are going to have a lot of squash so this recipe will get tried as soon as the squash are ready to eat.
Anything that has bacon has got to be good.
Everything is better with bacon!
Try it with some Italian Spice on top. I like to buy those dried spice packets for "make your own salad dressing" and just sprinkle a bit of the unmixed dry Italian powder over top like you're salting it. Don't make the dressing, just use the powder.

What makes them taste bitter?
Usually water deprivation or stressed plants can make the fruits bitter.
Even a shoe is going to taste great if you ad bacon.
Bacon makes everything better.
The way you're holding on to the ingredient while cutting them make me feel nervous! Squash look good though.
