Nice. You need to buy a pair of long reach needle nose vice grips. I also use long reach magnets. Also have a variety of strong long reach alligator clips. Anyway if you have a cordless or air ratchet I just set up the bolt in hole and in socket, use the vice grips to line up while powering the ratchet and looking through top reaching your arm underneath. Makes for quick tight spot bolting. 😉

How does the 36 inch much kit work for a little longer or damp grass. Wondering if i should upgrade from the chute plate but I’d like to leave the mulch kit on for the whole season.
It does pretty well in that area i always leave my mulch kits on year round. But with that being said obviously if the grass is a foot tall and wet mulch kits are not ideal for that but i know you understand that so if your fine dealing with a few clumps when its wet id say you will really like the mulch kit
I just picked up a Patriot 61. I was thinking of putting a mulch kit on it. Would you recommend it? I have Bermuda grass and mulch it from time to time, but mainly will not be mulching. BTW, thanks for your videos of your Patriot. Hope to see more of it in Action.

If you wanted you could always purchase the kit and just take it off and put it on certain times of the year but since i use mine mainly to mow big propertys like my church with somtimes tall grass i probably wont put one on mine
Do you have a problem with it blowing grass out that hole that is at the top front edge of the discharge block plate? Seems it would blow grass out there.

Hi Tony. I have the 48” Liberty Z with the Hurricane Mulch Kit. The cut is good, the clippings are tiny, but drops huge clumps on the lawn. Have you experienced this? I mow my lawn every 3-4 days, and only water the same day after I mow.
Mmmm.... i have not experienced this but i do mow warm season grass but i do have ryegrass at my house during fall winter and spring and that can clump some even with my timemaster 30" or my 61" scag with no mulch kit unless its super dry . But im willing to blow alittle bit or mow certain sections twice its better than shooting clippings all over the place lol. i love mulch kits
I just bought that same exact mower yesterday and had the dealer install the mulching kit. I tried it out today for the first time. Does yours have kind of a pulsing vibration when you get the blades spinning?
Hi Tony, I'm thinking of buying a scag liberty 36" mower. And was just wondering if you mowed down a faily steep hill - Does it stop quickly when you pull the levers back to neutral? And also, are the hydros capable of reversing up a slope of 20 degrees up on to a tray back truck? New subscriber here. Question on your 36”: how does it handle side hilling compared to the 48”? I have the 48 and handles my 14 degree slope, mowing and turning around on the side hill. Interested in sizing down to maneuver around obstacles easier. Thanks
Bro thanks for watching my channel !!! I have experience with the 48 and this 36 the 36 will not stick on the hills as well just because how skinny it is but i love the mower but you may just keep your mower in my opinion LOVE the 48 liberty!!!!
The rider will save your body compared to a walk behind and i love the mower used it all day today ! The narrow zero turns dont have the best traction on hills but i think its worth the trade so i say go with the liberty its a great mower
