Yeah one should just drink water, and if you crave vitamins - fruit juice or smth, but soda - pretty much never. Update: and sleep - yeah, it's paramount.
Btw what do you think of people turning to veganism to lose weight? I think it's not healthy in the long run even if in the short term they feel better.
-Viewing workout as punishmet -Working only when motivated/no discipline -Drinking calories (soda, etc) -Eating dessert for breakfast -No enough sleep she empty talks too much tbh
My worst habit is procrastinating. Especially with exercise 😫

I was also vegan a few years ago…I think the most important thing is eating whole, nutritious, balanced meals, however that looks for each person ❤️
