    I agree with you mentioning to find things that you enjoy doing for workouts! I’ve found that I love aerobics and step aerobics workouts and I look forward to doing those things now!

    Great insights ! I’m getting off my backside more often too - consistent daily walking is my first approach with resistance training added a bit down the road .
