try to start with 10 minutes exercise with good diet after one week or month you willpower automatically increase to d more exercises & to be contious about your diet.
Set yourself on an eating schedule. I know that sounds silly but it totally works. Eat your breakfast when you get up, set an alarm for 3/3.5 hours later, eat a nice little snack like a protein bar or veggies and hummus, rinse and repeat. My nutritionist set me on this kind of schedule because I used to just eat once a day and gorge myself. Search nutrition dense foods so you aren't as likely to get the angry whale so upset in between meals 😝 I've lost 70 pounds so far doing this and i don't exercise at all. Also drink a glass of water with every meal :) Good luck!

Insert Name Try not eating junk food for 1 week and you'll get used to not eating those types. And don't drink/eat soda, gum, chips, etc. because that gets you hungrier. Try eating flavored salads. Or maybe homemade onions, lime, and a pinch of salt. Or tomatoes with a bit of salt. Fruits and veggies may seem gross, but it's because you need some flavor. Obviously, Doritos wouldn't be good without it's flavor. Same with fruits and veggies. Try keeping the food raw. Cooking it would decrease the vitamins. How about eggs? Boiled ones are the best ones.
