      Basic stuff but gold. I see a lot of people here recommending weigh loss supplements and I'd say you should stay away from their recommendations. Keep in mind that most weight loss supplements are made with very bad ingredients and the only one who will be losing weight will be your wallet.

    Quick tip for anyone: If you want to lose weight, DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!! Starving yourself does make you lose a little weight but it takes a long time, plus I does a lot more harm that good to your body.

    1. Sleep min 8 hour
    2. Drink one cup jasmine green tea in the morning (the aroma make u feel calm and relex)
    3. Doing yoga consistent every morning for 10 to 15minute
    4. doing intermediate fasting
    5. each ur lunch for small portion as long u are not hungry.
    6. avoid strees
    7.drink yogurt
    8.hit the gym once a week atleast
    9.repeat all the tips and feel different.

      Set yourself on an eating schedule. I know that sounds silly but it totally works. Eat your breakfast when you get up, set an alarm for 3/3.5 hours later, eat a nice little snack like a protein bar or veggies and hummus, rinse and repeat. My nutritionist set me on this kind of schedule because I used to just eat once a day and gorge myself. Search nutrition dense foods so you aren't as likely to get the angry whale so upset in between meals 😝 I've lost 70 pounds so far doing this and i don't exercise at all. Also drink a glass of water with every meal :) Good luck!

      Insert Name Try not eating junk food for 1 week and you'll get used to not eating those types. And don't drink/eat soda, gum, chips, etc. because that gets you hungrier. Try eating flavored salads. Or maybe homemade onions, lime, and a pinch of salt. Or tomatoes with a bit of salt. Fruits and veggies may seem gross, but it's because you need some flavor. Obviously, Doritos wouldn't be good without it's flavor. Same with fruits and veggies. Try keeping the food raw. Cooking it would decrease the vitamins. How about eggs? Boiled ones are the best ones. And don't follow the step that says: Eat less exercise more. 👎🏻 NO!

      No joke. I used to work 10 hour night shifts and couldn't afford much food, so I'd buy a gallon of white whole milk, a cheap chocolate syrup and have a glass of chocolate milk about twice a day instead of meals. I walked about 15 miles a night. It really kicks the weight off.

    I eat less around other people because I'm too busy talking to eat a lot. Being social becomes the priority. When by myself I eat fast, with no interruptions and continue eating after I should have stopped.. Blue plates are a great idea, will try it for sure.

    No actually it's not blue, I did research on the colors and actually it's orange, blue creates the feeling on hunger but orange is normally seen as a color you do not like and will decrease the temptation to eat, but most ppl are attracted to the color blue which makes them more comfortable and will eat more blue is also a calming color which makes ppl calm enough to sit down and eat

    - drink apple cider viner( diluted)
    - take carb blocker before heavy meal
    -Sauna / steam
    - excercise( cardio and wieghtlift)
    -be mindful and count the calories
    -Oatmeal
    -black coffee(no sugar and creamer)
