True! Part three of our current Freedom Of The Seas series is a complete walk around of the new Nassau port, but some of that footage probably needs to be worked into an actual port guide in this style!! :D

We were just in Nassau in December. We went to Junkanoo beach and had an amazing time. We were able to snorkel quite a bit and my son and I got to see an octopus just off the cement pier, it changed colors and then swam away. It was amazing. I wish I had seen this video prior to us going, it is very informative. Thanks!

Thanks for another great video - we have been quite a few times to Nassau and agree about the BCH - with all that construction in the area, we'll just wait to end up over that way when it is all complete. Now I know where the Queen's Staircase is - never ventured over there - TIP....great authentic Greek restaurant (upstairs) at Bay/Charlotte Street - we stopped there in 2018 - OPA!........:)

Hello, if you are ever in Nassau and want to swim with the pigs, since it takes a long time, do a cruise that either stays overnight or stays till late at night. We did Blue Lagoon on our October 2019 cruise on Carnival Liberty, we did all the free things like swimming and the food. We did walk to the area with the gift shop and the swimming with the dolphins and it was super nice over there. Oh, BTW this is Traveling with Hayden but on my computer account!

I’ve gone to Nassau on 6 out of the 8 cruises I’ve been on. Never really got a chance to shop because although I’m not bother by it the vendors constantly shouting about hair braiding and taxi rides freak my kids out lol I’m good at saying no thanks and ignoring them. Hopefully I can venture out. Agree with going with a group when walking to the Queens Staircase.

Oh my goodness! I LOVE Dee's piggytails!! SO CUTE!! I laughed at Dee's saying "bring the snacks along anyway"! That's totally my strategy (don't take only fruit though). Thanks for this great port guide.
We haven't ever been to Nassau and don't even have it on our itinerary on our future 9 cruises we have booked. T
he swimming with the pigs area intrigues me, but I wonder how much pig poop there would be there, as well as that I have seen someone getting bit by the pigs there.
I probably would look into that Comfort Inn deal if we go there. Someday we'll get there!! ❤️

Great video! But I am very selfish and I would love for you guys to go on a Disney cruise. I was directed (while watching CZcams on my television) to a video of a vlogger taking his first Disney cruise. It was interesting because of all the activities and interaction with Disney characters. However it was kinda boring and all I could think of was how amazing it would be to see Dee and Jay on a Disney cruise interacting with Mickey Mouse and company......it would be fabulous!! So selfishly I hope you guys can go on a Disney cruise really soon!
