The main reason is that pc gaming is growing in India and there are no interesting mobiles games that use full power of device
Games need high processing power which in turn draws more batteries and batteries are not for gaming in laptops and systems power is delivered directly to motherboard.
We can't do that in mobile even if we plug the charger and play we won't be able to hold it due to heating.

It is because of its portability and ease of use. You can't carry your console and pc to everywhere, but you can take your mobile to everywhere. Most of the large Video Game developers are developing mobile games and porting pc games for mobile. Even Epic Games also announced a mobile app to be released. Nowadays you are can even play PC and console games like GTA V in mobile using emulators. And gaming phones may also not die because they have overclocked processors and better cooling system than regular mobiles.

What am i thought is that nothing gonna die the main reason why is that happening is people loosing there intrest in Mobile games bcoz of obvious reasons.
1) Developer delivered unfinished games.
2) Lack of optimisation
3)lakh of graphics
And the main thing is there is no technology exist in mobile like amd having like fsr .
Even PC game developers say that this kind of technology is the future for pc games .
But in mobile even in 2024 doesn't have such kind of technology and enough power to run decent graphics games at 60fps.

The main reason of this is - lacking of creativity. Mobile gaming industry surged and thrived because of 3 new genre of games -1) COC like base games 2) MOBA (mobile legends, AOV which was banned in india)
