Airtel has already shut-down 3G starting from Kolkata circle back in July 2019 and then eventually shutting down across the whole nation.

Actually feature phone is not only the matter there are some smartphone where voice over LTE is not supported still they support 4G including my Secondary phone

Speed depends on spectrum frequency band and distance and phone modem hardware . Only 5g tower nt decides speed catching.

Currently only Vi 3G and BSNL 3G exist but not every city.
