So tech companies sometimes straight up lie to us, technically it's not 100% a lie. They just use some clever language to portray something as not a lie but at some point it is. We have countless examples of this, for instance, the iPhone 14 will be priced at 50,000 on this year’s Flipkart Big Billion Day’s sale but very few customers will be able to take it. Or we can have the example of the false advertisement that companies make in the name of environmental impact, using which Apple discontinued their chargers and everyone else followed. So in today’s video, we’ll talk about these dirty marketing tricks that tech companies use to market their products.

Hi Sir, i used to work at flipkart as Customer Care Executive so speaking from my experience - Flipkart doesn’t give any rights to their employees so when someone comes to them complaining, it is always advised to give them a timeline - that a ticket has been raised and so on. So a customer is forced to wait and all the frustration goes on to the customer care executive.
Amazon’s services are a lot better.
I agree, I wasted one month with the whole process and the seller shipped the wrong product both times and a 3rd time refund was issued but I never wanted a refund but the correct model.
Amazon customer care always treats me nice as I have prime since they started it and always take my word for granted and this makes it very easy to keep using Amazon with their Amazon Pay card.

If you want the "Connect to any carrier" variant, it costs an additional 30 dollars (2,500) and the total cost would be 900 dollars (74,500).
The ideal situation of obtaining a brand new iPhone for 799 dollars (65,000) without tax in the USA are only in 6 states and , not the entire USA.
That's what's I thought. After tax there is a difference of 5000 and not as stated 15000. And it also not fair to use USA prices. Check the European prices.

Apple is actually being more "laalchi" with the 15 Pro/Max back glass situation. If you watch JerryRig's test video you can see how easily 15 Pro's back glass can break. Lowering the strength and price of back glass means more repairs. I've seen people not repairing the back panel cuz it's an expensive affair. Now with the fragile glass and easier repair people will bring more money to Apple. It's all business.
Bro that's not completely true if you have watched jerry video completely he even try to bend 15 pro like he did with Max and it doesn't break so there is no complete proof that 15 pro model have so fragile back glass until we will see more testing of it

What he is saying is 100% true. Me and my friends sat together at 12AM during the sale. The site was getting crashed, after so much of loading OTP came and the order was placed. I got Iphone 13 last year for 48k. One of my friend got it for 52k and then it increased to 56k and my another friend dropped the plan. I think I’m the luckiest person. I wouldn’t order if the order value was just above 50,000₹ i.e., 50,001₹ because my card limit was 50k!! And then after 2 days it got delivered! I was in doubt when it got delivered, checked everything after delivery but it was original. Fir bhi mujhe darr rehta hai ki ye kabhi bhi kharaab ho saktha hai. Dhokaa ho saktha hai. Bas bhagwaan ka naam leke chalta hoon!
Also one of my other friends order got cancelled before delivery😂😂😢 he was so sadd

samsung s21 fe was being sold for around 30-32k 1-2 months back but recently flipkart has hiked the price of phone to 40k as the bbd sale is near and now they will seal the same phone for 26-28k around on bbd sale and claim for highest price drop...😂 and only those people are aware of this scam who are closely watching the price fluctuations of the phone but a normal user gets into the trap😢

This is accurate. Last year I purchased an iPhone for my sister, the of ip13 started from 50k and by the time my order could be placed the price was 57k on Flipkart
I ordered iPhone 13 at 53k , but these guys just cancelled the order, I got myself a galaxy a73 from galaxy store and still proud of my choice.
How's it overall? Does it have any heating issues and what about camera?
@@superhero6621 what heating , the camera is typical samsung camera you get with non flagship phones although 108 mp takes details photos and there is stabilisation. Never felt it is short of anything at the price and hey its water resistant too.

I bought New hp victus when I checked it, it's warranty had reduced by 3 months and there were games downloaded by previous user in it. I submitted a replacement request so they waited 14 days and renewed the warranty and told me to get a refund instead of replacement if am still worried about its previous use. The price had gone from 55 to 60k. Then they said they cam give Flipkart voucher of 4500 as a marginal relief. It all was looking so scam at so many levels that I had to keep the laptop. Flipkart is the worst but for some reason laptops are cheaper by 3-4k here compares to Amazon.

*Open box delivery
*Pick up cost (if you decide to exchange your old phone)

You got the performance limiting part wrong though.
They have to do it to maintain desired battery life and thermals otherwise your phone will get too hot. Or the chip will degrade due to high temps. Rest I agree with you.

It costs $829+tax whereas Indian pricing is ₹79900 which includes 18% GST that means base price is ~₹67700 < ₹68800 ($829x83)

@@assamlearns8399 yes, but you should upgrade to the iPhone 15 as that would make the most sense. There is very little difference between the 13 and 14 whereas 15 has a 48mp camera instead of 12 mp. Also the Dynamic island is another change in display. U can either upgrade to the iPhone 13 or wait for iPhone 15 prices to come down.

Yesterday I went to oneplus exclusive store to check nord 3 because as of today I am getting it for around 30k plus free nord 2r buds. But app opening was slower than my 4 year old oneplus 7t even though it has dimensity 9000. 11r was good but not sure to spend 40k for oneplus now since company has downgraded with quality..
Have iqoo 7 pro in mind, 11r if price would be 35k odd during sale or nothing 2 if it goes below 40k or nothing 2 is overpriced.
I have plans of visiting dubai next year March so I might get s23 ultra which would be 50k by then since s24 ultra also would be available. Some rumours said s23 ultra i would get for 75k during sale which I think is impossible and even if I get I will take that because in dubai I will anyways not get International warranty for samsung phones. So everything is based on pricing. Also this year we will start receiving 8 gen 3 based phones by December and by then we will start seeing launch of many 8 gen 2 phones like oneplus 12r (rumoured name)
Just don't get anything with 8 gen 1. Xiaomi 12 ultra is sold for 45k from very long because it heats up like hell. Same with s22 and since s22 plus is big probably it doesn't get as hot as s22.
On the other hand even the base s23 is great massive improvement in camera, soc(8 gen 2) if you are so particular with s22 ultra as of today it is sold for 45k in dubai if you have any friends.

i get why theres social pressure to buy an iphone in america
but here in india a lot of people have androids and the "ecosystem" which is what apple advertises is just an inconvenince
in my entire family of androids if theres a sole iphone user he has to suffer with whatsapp quality photos, when we can share full quality through nearby share or google photos
and + when u buy an expencive android u get treated like bought a luxury phone, whereas if u get a basic iphone u get treated like u have the cheepest phone (i mean the software and features not other people)

Sir, i used to work at flipkart as Customer Care Executive so speaking from my experience - Flipkart doesn’t give any rights to their employees so when someone comes to them complaining, it is always advised to give them a timeline - that a ticket has been raised and so on. So a customer is forced to wait and all the frustration goes on to the customer care executive.
Amazon’s services are a lot better.
And even after purchase is successful, flipkart will take ages to deliver your order. First they promise a delivery date within a week, then they misroute it, and change the delivery date. They keep doing the same error. You eventually end up getting fed up of weeks of following and and cancel the order and later you pay more for the same device
