We recently invested in a new rental property with serious potential. Nestled in a historic area, it could be one of our coolest properties yet. But let's be honest, transforming this space into a masterpiece is going to take some serious cash and a whole lot of imagination.
On top of that, it's the peak season for dumpster rentals! We've been hustling harder than ever to keep up with the demand, all while making sure our customers are happy campers.
It's a delicate balancing act, folks. We're juggling the renovation project without bleeding cash, all while keeping the dumpster business running smoothly. Talk about high-pressure multitasking!

That dresser may have been holding up the roof for all I know. That was the most secured piece of furniture I've ever seen.... ever
I would suggest moving the kitchen to the area you just opened up and converting the current kitchen area to a bedroom. Improves the flow but keeps the two bedroom layout to warrant higher rent.
The deer hooves typically would hold the prized long gun. Some used to include it with the mount. Have the deer hold the weapon. 😂

Yes we had to double check inventory because the manufacturer was a afraid they missed some things. Seems like we have it all now and hope to start on it all soon!

Nope! We still have def in our new truck! The 2500 of course doesn't need it. Knock on wood. Other than the annoying expense of paying for pee water. We haven't had any issues
