I should have made the switch years ago and saved myself a lot of trouble.
About this video:
I almost turned away my biggest dumpster business client to date. And I feel foolish.
One day, I got a call from this potential client who needed a massive amount of dumpsters for a major construction project. At first, I was hesitant because I didn't think my business could handle such a huge job, especially because they were requesting bigger dumpsters than I offered. Doubts started creeping in, and I actually referred them to someone else.
They called back, saying the referral didn't think they would be able to keep up with their request. and asked what we could do, even though we were a smaller business. I decided to take a leap of faith and told the client that I would do my best to meet their needs.
They have been very happy by the level of service they have received thus far, and they have honestly been one of the best clients to ever work with in the junk removal space.
Even in what is typically considered our slow hauling seasson, we are killin' it. Soon, we will need to find time to stop and do some maintenance on our diesel trucks because we haven't had an opportunity in weeks to park the trucks.
That, my friend, is why assumsions can kill business deals. I almost turned away my biggest dumpster business client. because I assumed we weren't the right fit but ended up being their best option. It just goes to show that sometimes, taking a chance and believing in yourself can lead to incredible success. Keep grinding and never underestimate your abilities!
Always under promise and over deliver!

Nailed it, and the first to do so. Rather quickly I may add 😅. Reach out to me on Facebook if you can my man!
Yeah my kids gave me something. Went to work with what felt like the flu for 3 days. Was rough, but loaded up on DayQuil, powered through and crashed/rested over the weekend.
Congrats on landing the big job. Done several fast turn like that myself, but nothing of that magnitude. Nice timing to keep you rolling through winter.
These kids bring home crap every other week it seems! Yea, it couldn't have came at a better time
I got one of those kind of clients right now I got three big boxes over in a warehouse next to the Portland airport. Gotta love those jobs.
Dude I know you can jump up on top of those trailers like that and pull that tarp back but you got young kids man it only takes one time. I got auto tarps on my last two max trailers and it is so freaking awesome.
I agree, man. I really am looking at some major changes this year. And mitigating liability an injury will be taken into account
I enjoy the channel --I don't even have any interest in rental/dumpster biz --I just appreciate your hustle and entrepreneurial mindset --keep it going - good luck and God Bless!!!
That’s why you have to delete the truck no more DEF
Good advice, congrats on your success!
Thanks for watching
There are a lot of bugs going around - hang in there
It finally got me

How would you price if you had my setup?!! Thanks 🙏🏽 bro and keep these Gems 💎 coming! Merry Christmas 🎄
Great content as always. Has anyone ever said you look like logic the rapper lol
That's a new one for me!

😂😂😂😂😂 that ending was funny as shit!!!
😄
Previous question: I would look into a truck to carry your 20s and a pintle trailer to carry a bin. That way you can carry two bins to the landfill at once to cut down travel time.
they arent using cdl trucks and youre definitely not allowed to max out in payload AND towing on the same trip DOT would have a field day
I love your videos 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️
Appreciate you!
How does your 2nd gen trans feel when towing your set ups? Im going back to a 47re in my 03 3rd gen and im nervous about how its going to handle compaired to the nv5600 i have in it now
Freaking awesome. I'm not sure if it a stock trans though. It pulls incredibly well. I'm going to knock on wood now though
When is the storage unit coming to be put in place
Mid January!
How do you charge clients like that with frequent pick ups? I’m sure it’s not a flat rate being weight will be different?
Don’t get caught lacking 😂😂😂

@@rollingops not yours keegans
They fixed the roof but left all the rotting wood still up there and hanging from the ceiling i don't think I'd be using them ever.
I didn't pay them for that. I only paid them to coat the metal roof. A very common thing. I will be repairing the wood from the inside.
I wouldn't trust a roofer with my carpentry lol
