I have Elite Direto XRT and Rizer which is compatible with this trainer. But after full tightening of rear axis (thru axle), elements of bike frame touched by axis are destroyed by cutting when front of bike going up and down. Aluminium shrims fall down and gather on trainer parts. Frame is destroyed. When I tighten with loose, cutting also exist because of friction of parts. What I do wrong? Can You help me? All machines are new bought in last week.
