@@elitecycling I have some oil that splattered on the inside of the belt. I thought I should clean it, otherwise it will start slipping

@@elitecycling Also, I noticed that when riding on Zwift, the cadence seems to drop down below 50% of the actual RPM when on long climbs, especially when it gets steep. I did notice on some forums other's have seen this happened, but I did an firmware upgrade and that did not fix the problem. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the belt because the power readings seems to be accurate, even when the cadence is not. Any suggestions on how to fix the cadence issue on Zwift? I'm using the ethernet dongle, so there are no dropouts in connectivity.

Good morning, you can adjust the derailleur of the bike following this procedure: From My E-Training app go to Workouts -> Level Mode (it is a free function so you don't need an active annual subscription) Click on Start and set the resistance level at 1 Then adjust the derailleur/chain of the bike. @@elitecycling Thanks, but that doesn't work. There's still resistance on the trainer, even if a little. I want to be able to completely disengage the resistance so I can properly spin the pedals with ZERO effort while adjusting the derailleurs. How can I do this?

@@bikedawg please take note that it is not possible to completely disengage the resistance on our interactive trainers. You can set the trainer at minimum resistance (level 1) which corresponds to the friction you have when you are pedalling on the plains. I remain at disposal. Best regards

@@elitecycling Isn't there a way to put the trainer in Simulation mode with a negative slope or grade to simulate going downhill? It seems like this would be a super simple software update. Can you talk to your engineers please? Its just unbelievable one cannot fine tune the bike on the trainer.

@@bikedawg at the moment, it is not possible to set a negative slope on the trainer or make it simulate a downhill. Normally, if a user needs to adjust the derailleur, we suggest that he set the trainer at its minimum resistance: at level 1, the friction is so light that enables him to carry out this kind of operations easily. @elitecycling thank you for the reply. I tried this and could not get it to work with a Garmin ant hr monitor. Myetrainig does not indicate which sensor it is actually bridging or if it is bridged. I tried bridging hr monitor. Then using Zwift with HR set to suito. But there was no HR data coming through. I know the ant hr monitor works well. MyEtraining app is not helpful.

Buongiorno, sì, è possibile rimuovere il dado che fissa il corpetto ed il corpetto anche senza l'apposita chiave. Per farlo, deve togliere i prima pigoni della cassetta in modo tale da riuscire ad avere maggiore presa sul dado con una chiave inglese. Successivamente occorre svitare delicatamente (senza spanarlo) il dado con una chiave inglese e infine rimuovere a mano il corpetto. Restiamo a disposizione. Saluti

@@antonioaceto9878 I trainer Elite hanno differenti modi per misurare la velocità di pedalata, a seconda della loro struttura. I modelli Wheel-On interattivi hanno un sensore che misura il numero di rotazioni del rullino in elastogel. I modelli Direct Drive con scheda integrata (come il Suito-T) possono avere il sensore di velocità posto in differenti posizioni, quindi, c'è un coefficiente di moltiplica da applicare per determinare la reale velocità. I modelli con sensore Misuro B+ possono appartenere alla prima o alla seconda categoria, a seconda se si tratti appunto di un modello Wheel-On o DirectDrive. La configurazione del valore di circonferenza permette di compensare tutte queste differenze che ci sono tra i rulli, permettendo di mostrare a video il valore di velocità corretto.
