    That Elite RIZER seems really cool... and by the way, probably the best and most complete review on it so far. Great job. 👍

      Thanks so much! I think the RIZER is a great indoor riding accessory 👍

    Just got mine and I'm watching reviews to learn how to use it instead of reading the manual LOL thanks.

      @@DesFit I am curious how well it works with the Kickr. That will likely be one of the bigger markets. I'll keep my eyes pealed.

    I had the kickr and climb for a couple of weeks and hated the feel, also Wahoo customer service was not very good when searching for adapters for xdr, so I wound up returning the setup and going with a Tacx neo T2 and Elite Rizer, for me this setup provided a much more natural feel and the ability to simulate terrain feel puts it over the top.
    Would love to see you do a video on this setup and hear your opinion

      Actually have those kind of videos in the works, both with the Wahoo ecosystem as well as Elite and Tacx. Stay tuned and thanks!

    If this is compatible with wahoo trainers I think it will wipe out the wahoo climb as this seems to be a better design with no belt. Steering is a nice bonus.

    I'll try here... Older... If you had to pick one, either the justo+rizer or the new kickr move, which one would you prefer? You tested both that's why I ask. I've been about to pull the trigger on the combo but with the kickr move now I'm wondering...

    I’m guessing that power brick is 12v or similar used for cnc setups

    What people want is DURABLE trainer, less maintenance, and no issue. But it’s must be admitted that elite have done great job this time, lots of better that kickr climb 👍🏻

    Great video, thanks. Quick question, I have to move my home trainer set up into a smaller space and any cm will count. It looks like from your video that replacing the front wheel by the rizer will save a little bit of space at the front of the bike., is that indeed the case ? Thanks

    Do you think it makes standing up easier? It is a real pain for me standing up on indoor trainers because lack of lateral flex. I recently bought a justo which has some flex on each side and I am wondering is rizer would be good pair to imrove overall feel especially about standing position. I think after some degree of positive incline the standing up should be much easier than flat position but also thinking that the front lateral flex should have some impacts when you standing up. I appreciate your help

    First time buyer and debating between Elite Rizer and Wahoo Kickr climb. I also need a trainer, I won’t spare expense on this. What do you recommend? I’m trying to get the best experience that feels and simulates outdoor riding - I’m about to begin training for tri - after a gruesome injury to me knee.

    Is the steering range the same as the sterzo? Seemed a bit shallower in the video. Wondering if Zwift responds the same to both units.

    • @DesFit
      @DesFit  Před 3 lety +1

      It's a little shallower. I was using a beta firmware for the steering functionality and the response seemed to be good but that could change when the firmware gets finalized.

    • @elitecycling
      @elitecycling Před 3 lety +1

      Hi Massimo! Among our range, Rizer will only be compatible with trainers that have the rotating part in the back, so our latest Direto XR(-T), Suito(-T) and Tuo.

    • @massimocaradonna3857
      @massimocaradonna3857 Před 3 lety

      @@elitecycling hmm can it be retro fitted with berrings sometime on bike,trainer, or somehow In between

    • @elitecycling
      @elitecycling Před 3 lety

      @@massimocaradonna3857 I'm afraid not, trainers like the drivo don't feature the rotating part in the back that allows for rear axle rotation so there's no adapter that can be used to make that happen.

  • @SteffanHarries
    @SteffanHarries Před 3 lety

    So this is definitely not compatible with the original Direto?

    • @DesFit
      @DesFit  Před 3 lety

      I don't think so since the original Direto doesn't allow for the rear axle rotation.

    • @SteffanHarries
      @SteffanHarries Před 3 lety

      @@DesFit Hmm. My Direto (2018) moves around the rear axle like you demonstrated in the intro.
      (Edit: Maybe Elite don't mention it as compatible because it connects to the trainer and not the app?)

    • @DesFit
      @DesFit  Před 3 lety +1
