Yes indeed it is....they mostly hove around thy krithis only....leniage you see....!!!....very rarely they take up krithis of SS...!!!i have been listening/attending concerts for close to 50 years.....this is my observation....!!!!

Unwarranted comment. They may have some reasons or simply not like to be identified as belonging to a particular religion or sect. How do they perform matters, nothing else.
Why the mridangist comes with empty forehead? They are getting name and fame using the mummurthigal kirthanis but they are disobedience in many ways and adding up without using the vibhuthi or thilak. Shame on us to encourage these artist.
