Very thoughtfully selected Reagan’s and Krithis. Played with excellent Bhaavam which is their hallmark.Delctable swaraprastharam in MohanamBears the stamp of LalgudiKanakku and Raaga bhaavavaam do not stand segregated , they blend and merge. Mrudangamand kanjira artistes are very impressive .The clarity of Sollusis superb on both the instruments . Shows their class.Briliant!To me they are new faces and I feel a bright future awaits them.Quite alaudable thani.
The concert certainly took our stressed minds off from the depressive thoughts of Covid and Black Fungus and kept us immersed in pristine melody of Lalgudi Baani embellished with original touches of GJR and Vijayalakshmi.

This link has adverts by Mudra of its previous/upcoming programs, solicitation/announcements by the Mudhra convenors etc. The pathantharam of a Carnatic concert (in fact of any classical concert) is that the flow of the of the concert should not be affected till mangalam is completed. I hope the organisers in the future will present their requirements or announcements at the end of the web-stream recital such that one can relish the sangeetham and its meditativeness without interruption unobtrusively!

Thanks for posting this lovely concert . Reminiscent of the great duo playing for my daughter’s wedding in Chennai in 2006 ! Still vivid in my memory and so lively listened by a good audience .🙏
