    Found my P6 quite flexy. It was the upper table that was far too flexible. I built a complete new upper part… actually still building it! 8020 stuff is brilliant but time consuming.

    I just ordered this set up. I got the P6 and paired it with the Pixma 8kx. You and I have the exact same tastes.

    Pretty Coll Fabrizio! I just built my 3DOF with VR and Love it!. Probably going to start designing a 6DOF for 2021! I have a few videos posted too so if you have a minute, take a look! DMAX

    Did you use Motion Compensation software? And did you experience motion sickness?

    For a self-built setup this is extremely impressive. 💪

      It's not "self-build" you can buy this.
      I have this motion seat too, but little different setup.

    Have you thought about putting a fan changing the direction according to the curve, and also a Cartesian displacement at the base to simulate sudden changes in direction in the curves, associating the movements of other servomotors?Have you thought about putting a fan changing the direction according to the curve, and also a Cartesian displacement at the base to simulate sudden changes in direction in the curves, associating the movements of other servomotors?

    So che il migliore è 6 DOF invece di 4/3/2… ma qual è la cosa più importante quando si acquista un sistema dinamico? Gradi angolari? Potenza del motore?

    Nice. I have the P6 and Pimax 8k+, but have never gotten motion compensation to work right. Where did you mount the tracker?

    • @FabrizioCarimati
      @FabrizioCarimati  Před 3 lety

      Sorry for the delay, yes motion compensation don't work well, it's better without, and recently i can't pair anymore with Pimax and i don't understand why right now

    Hi, I would be tempted to buy PIMAX 5K glasses! I wanted to know two things: you see the pixels slightly?
    two, if you were to compare actual graphics what resolution would you give? let me know is important

    • @garyreed315
      @garyreed315 Před 3 lety

      Pixma 5k is nice but my Pixma 8kx is better. Either one will give you an awesome experience though. Get one.

    It's a great rig.
    For the visuals, it almost looks as though the view is too far back, almost behind where the driver's head would be, and the arms and legs are elongated. Is this a setting issue, or something that happened during the recording?
